Go to Lubbock instead. These guys are not worth the headache.

If this sounds like you, I have no doubt that finding a mechanic makes you nervous because of the horror stories weve heard about our ignorance being taken advantage of and resulting in unnecessary work and inflated expenses. Im happy to report that this was not my experience at Westward Auto Repair. I was traveling to Lubbock and on my way through Morton, my car was caught in a flood. It was bucking really bad and I had no idea what damage the water had done. The range of potential expenses was significant. I called Westward Auto Repair because they were close and had good ratings, but having never worked with them, I had no idea what to expect. To my relief, they were EXCEPTIONAL! Frank picked up my vehicle and towed it to his shop. Within 24 hours, he called me with news that there was no damage to my engine and he could get my vehicle fixed with only a few minor repairs. The work was completed so quickly that my trip did not have to be extended, the cost was minimal enough that it did not set me back and the car was running so well that I was able to drive the 10 hours back to Arizona without an issue. I am beyond relieved and unbelievably grateful. If youre looking for a mechanic who is fast, helpful, honest, reliable and communicative, youll want to use this shop.

Jen Colvin I wish I could give this place zero stars. What started as a simple repair turned into an absolute nightmare that cost me time, money, and incredible frustration. I brought for a car upgrade. The initial quote seemed reasonable, and the staff appeared knowledgeable when I dropped off my vehicle. They said they could do it, only to turn around and break it all and then tell me I have to pay for it. This is poor and dishonest service. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable shop elsewhere. This place clearly doesnt stand behind their work and will leave you worse off than when you started.

Then they saved my mother in law two grand by fixing her AC when the dealership wanted to take her savings by doing unnecessary work. These people are honest, extremely hardworking and I highly recommend them. Integrity is important, and Glenn has it. We even brought a car we were potentially buying, and Glenn took a look at it for us before we purchased it. They price fairly, Im not saying theyre the cheapest, but the quality of their work allows you to feel safe in your vehicle.

Hes everything you want in a mechanic; honest, nice and affordable. Jason with Hi Tech Automotive will have a client for life. He goes above and beyond to help his clients out. He doesnt just replace parts to replace them. He actually trys to fix the problem. He will never mislead you and overcharge you for gravy work. He is the first mechanic my wife feels safe to deal with. If you want someone who is fair and Honest, then Jason is the man to see.
