Austin Lohmann Good Honest Professional People. I took my 2013 ford f150 to them because my engine was overheating. The mechanic told me exactly what was wrong and even showed me the broken part. Which was my Water outlet that was leaking coolant. Ive rarely seen mechanics as honest and good as the service I got at Royce Miller. They deserve a 5 star rating. Pricing was very affordable and you pay for excellent work. I drove my truck back home without any problems. I would highly reccomend these guys if you want excellent service. Not to mention they were very kind. Personally this is my favorite mechanic in brownwood. I will definitely be coming back in the future!!!!

J Ables C & C was amazing to work with! I was quoted $7600 for repairs on my car by a dealership and had basically let my car sit for 4 months because I couldn’t afford it. Mark Conover I took my vehicle in there and he gave me a quote and I asked him the second time again how much the quote was and he said $350 I came and got my vehicle and he told me $600 and I paid it and I went back and say listen you quoted me $350 he said well Ive never been off that much before Ill give you $50 back I couldnt believe my ears I was supposed to go back and get some more work done but that was already assigned to me what was going to happen next time. Not very happy but if hell do it to me and I thought he was a great guy always talk nice to me and everything. Maybe that was just a show to take advantage of me. Well you find out always theres always somebody that will take advantage of you and rip you off.... and the good thing is Jesus is watching all of us ,Everyday!!!!!

DMG So I called Carlton automotive today, and asked the man that answered the phone..if there was anyone there that knew anything about Fords, and he just laughed at me.So I asked him, why thats funny, and his answer was he finds that humorous.So to me..thats really disrespectful to do that to a customer, somebody that you dont know...thats calling that needs a professionals opinion. Thats very unprofessional..and tells me a lot about his character as a person.Dont see how they are still in business..with the way they Treat their customers.

Teresa Hulsey Well....I dont want to be ugly in any way but Im very disappointed with service....I chose them because they had a good star rating on Google and I had heard they were honest and reasonable and Extremely Knowkedgeable!!!! about vehicle repair and Very, Very experienced. When I initially went in they said they knew exactly what it was and it should not take long. But after 3 weeks, replacing about $400 in parts and various hit and miss guesses, my vehicle still is not fixed and Im out all that money with a vehicle I cant drive. Also, I left my vehicle up there 3 weeks and they were not willing to call me Even One Time with an update. I had to call each time so I had to decide how often was a reasonable time to follow up. I m sorry but I do not call this being knowledgeable or showing good customer service at all. Im very disappointed.

They make it worth the wait of getting your car back by making sure it looks brand new when it’s time to pick it up. I couldn’t recommend a better body shop in Brownwood.

Brittne Maultsby If I’m being honest, the customer service side of gerber is top notch. However the work was not done. We’ve gone back and forth since July? And finally got the truck in, after it hadn’t been touched we picked it up, and set another date. Finally get it in, the promised work isn’t completely and to top it off, they left two housings and two lights under the hood that we found once getting home. And neither headlights work. This is my second run in with Gerber with insufficient work done and I will not be returning. Cassie and Sabrina. However I do appreciate the two of you for amazing communication and friendliness.

Bonnie Waldrep This shop may be old, but it is kept orderly and neat. The guys working there are quick to come out to get whatever we need them to fix and have always been easy to work with. My husband has a farm equipment mechanic shop that is QUITE old as well, but there are many jobs that we take to Brownwood Radiator Services, knowing that these guys WILL DO A GOOD JOB AND GET IT BACK TO US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. We are GRATEFUL to have found this shop many years ago. I feel sure that our business relationship has lasted around 20 years at least, unless this Radidtor shop has not been in business that long. WE have needed help with radiators, gas tanks and such for 52 years so far and they have helped or redirected us to a place that could take care of our needs. We are grateful for the work they do for us.
