5 /5 D Clark: A diamond in the rough! My son is going to college in Brownwood and was having electrical problems with his car. Royce is very knowledgeable, fair, and honest. He fixed the car quickly and at a very fair price, and he didnt try to upsell me. I highly recommend this shop!!

The tow truck dropped it in the most inconvenient spot in their parking lot and they were very kind and understanding of the situation! Went in to grab truck, and they kindly explained the fixes and showed the parts! Definitely would recommend

5 /5 Austin Lohmann: Good Honest Professional People. I took my 2013 ford f150 to them because my engine was overheating. The mechanic told me exactly what was wrong and even showed me the broken part. Which was my Water outlet that was leaking coolant. Ive rarely seen mechanics as honest and good as the service I got at Royce Miller. They deserve a 5 star rating. Pricing was very affordable and you pay for excellent work. I drove my truck back home without any problems. I would highly reccomend these guys if you want excellent service. Not to mention they were very kind. Personally this is my favorite mechanic in brownwood. I will definitely be coming back in the future!!!!

1 /5 Paul Wade: Not sure if I caught them on a bad day or what because I’ve heard great things about them and they have great reviews. I was referred to them by a local shop because I was told they handle older trucks. I get passed off to a gentleman about my question to put a new 350 engine in a 72 Chevy. The guy responds “I don’t have time to do that” and just hangs up the phone. I felt like that was extremely rude and not the level of customer service his reviews reflect. Like I said, maybe I caught him at a bad time and day.
