One day, when my car broke down while I was on the road, I came to the mechanic at the corner of hope, but it was closed, by the way, I noticed his shop by chance (it is a little bit behind). I showed him the car and asked if he could fix it, and when we agreed on a price, Also fixed the engine fault light . I definitely recommend it in terms of price and workmanship. The entire team was kind and professional, and Lloyd in particular did an excellent job communicating with me and clearly explaining everything. They also offer a discount for hospital employees, which is a great bonus. The shop is conveniently located right across from the DART station, making it easy to drop off your car and go to/from work, especially if you work at Parkland or UTSW. I highly recommend this shop and will continue using their services!

Gabriel Andino Phenomenal. This was my second time visiting. First time was when I was in a bind and my car battery was dead. They didnt have a battery for my car in the shop, but on a DIME they ordered a battery for me and had it brought to the shop and installed immediately. I was a walk-in and they had me out in under 2 hours. This time I went in for a scheduled oil change and to have them look at some other parts that a dealership told me "must be replaced". They were extremely quick with the service and also notified me that the parts that were in question were not only not needing to be replaced, but looked totally normal in their eyes. This kind of honesty is something that is really unmatched, and I value it in mechanics. Will be taking my car here on the regular from now on.

Nelly Nouboussi I would not recommend hiring them to look at your car. We contacted them to inspect a 2016 Hyundai Tucson before purchase. They looked at the car for 5 min and told us it was fine. They even said if it was them they would purchase the car. A week later, that car started having transmission issues. we called them to look at the car again and they said there was a part we needed to replace and the car will be fine. They told us they could not have known that the car had a problem even though it is literally their job to detect that. They tried replacing the part but the problem only got worse. We didnt want to pay them initially because they didnt solve the issue but they started yelling at us, threatening us. One of the guys especially seemed very angry and was ready to fight us. We paid them because we did not want to start a fight. We later found that the car had a transmission failure and it would cost $5000 to fix. They are incompetent. They could not detect that the car had a problem before we bought it and even when we called them back they could not correctly diagnose the problem. We paid them twice and still had a defective car. Please find someone else for your car issues. They are very shady!

Carol Erdmann When I made the appointment and told Jared the problem he explained what they would do and approximate cost. When I arrived everyone was friendly and welcoming. Jared checked me in and explained exactly what would be done. Waited for my car and free coffee, water and drinks were available. Car was ready a short time later. The bill was what they said it would be. Was referred by three different people who said they were trustworthy, reliable and honest which proved to be true. Very positive experience, relief to know I have a place to take my car with people I can trust and will certainly go back.

They went above and beyond to rebuild a part instead of having to order it, which saved me $1500. Anna Fantastic customer service! Woman friendly, staff is great. Prices are fantastic. Zee is responsive as well as goes that extra mile to get you the extra information you need but you just dont know where to start. I took my vintage Jeep in to have minor to engine repairs done - Zee was able to repair not only what I was worried about but was able to help me identify any other potential issues. He kept me in the loop the entire time - great communication. And it doesnt hurt that the location is it the best people watching spot in South Dallas.

Travis Hudson They dont seem to ever have the part I need or they dont have any idea what the part is. Unfortunately, I always end up going to TSC or Oriellys for the part. Certain employees seem to be annoyed when I ask if they have a certain type of tool, while friendly to other customers.

Ray Jones All the modern features you can ask for packed in a small local business. They can do it all from Tractor tires, semi tires, and regular trucks too! Oil changes, tire rotations, and reset the TPMS so it shows correct in your vehicle. Bryce went out of his way to make sure service was top notch and his tire techs were fast and friendly. They will be the only ones servicing my personal and fleet vehicles here in Lamesa!
