1 /5 Mike Rhodes: Wow, Jason started out taking care of business. Found our problem, got answer, ordered parts, & then the bottom fell out. Real trouble with repair, so #1) limited experience, 2) not in a hurry at all (had our car for over a month), 3) terrible communication. Said car was fixed, we drove for maybe 100 miles? Rattling started in front of engine & slowly got worse until finally undriveable. Ask Jason what hes going to do to fix it. No help....wanted me to deliver it to him. I ask to be fixed in a week & he wouldnt commit &/or offer to any reimbursement. GOD HELP US. Where are the trustworthy people?
