2 /5 Mark Conover: I took my vehicle in there and he gave me a quote and I asked him the second time again how much the quote was and he said $350 I came and got my vehicle and he told me $600 and I paid it and I went back and say listen you quoted me $350 he said well Ive never been off that much before Ill give you $50 back I couldnt believe my ears I was supposed to go back and get some more work done but that was already assigned to me what was going to happen next time. Not very happy but if hell do it to me and I thought he was a great guy always talk nice to me and everything. Maybe that was just a show to take advantage of me. Well you find out always theres always somebody that will take advantage of you and rip you off.... and the good thing is Jesus is watching all of us ,Everyday!!!!!

1 /5 DMG: So I called Carlton automotive today, and asked the man that answered the phone..if there was anyone there that knew anything about Fords, and he just laughed at me.So I asked him, why thats funny, and his answer was he finds that humorous.So to me..thats really disrespectful to do that to a customer, somebody that you dont know...thats calling that needs a professionals opinion. Thats very unprofessional..and tells me a lot about his character as a person.Dont see how they are still in business..with the way they Treat their customers.

1 /5 Cassie Erwin: Im a bit taken aback by the customer service. I called to ask about getting some work, he asked me how soon I was looking to get in and I said pretty soon. He said hell have to pass, I never said I wasnt open to waiting. He told me to look elsewhere. Completely rude, and Im actually surprised at how they have such high reviews with the way he talks to customers.

5 /5 Nora Phelps: I dealt with the owner and he was great. Everyone and their brother recommended him and I understand why. He let me know up front that most of his people were out ill so it could take a bit to even look at but a week later I have it back and its running great.

5 /5 Tyler Doyle: We were towing our travel trailer to Lake Brownwood State Park and had steering issues on the way. They got us in and looked at my truck, gave me a variety of choices and helped me get back home safely. Its great to find an honest mechanic.
