1 /5 Efrain Martinez: Aside from poor craftsmanship in the earrings, I bought 2 different pairs and one of the pairs the stone feel off same day it was gifted. I go back to try and exchange it and offering to pay the difference for the fake stone; the guy tells me he can’t help me aside from repairing it and I had to pay 12 dollars for a fake stone lol I said okay and it’s been since valentines weekend and I haven’t heard from the repair since. Its alright I will never buy from them again. Highly recommend to stay away from them and buy jewelry from a reputable establishment.

Vernet Malakyar (Mal): Brought a watch to have a simple battery replacement because it was recommended from the manufacturer and was purported to have the right tools. The person scratched the back of the watch horribly and put in a used battery that maybe works. When confronted they blamed it (lied to my face) on wear and tear. I had just inspected it before handing it over 2 minutes prior. Such poor service I don’t recommend anyone step foot in this place. What an utter disgrace. The lack of respect is mind blowing.
