1 /5 Anonymous Writer: BEWARE!! — If I could give no stars, that’s exactly what this so called jewelry store would get!!! I do NOT recommend taking any jewelry to get fixed nor repaired; they are crooks and they probably don’t use real gold! We took an heirloom to get cleaned/polished, reinforced and replace a stone. The ring ended up worse then when we took it in. They charged a lot of money, initially, and then when we took it back to re-repair (3 wks later, mind you!), they charged another $100. And when we questioned which prongs were tightened and reinforced, the guy didn’t answer (probably because he didn’t do it!), and then, the guy just walked way and left me standing there. They would’ve release the ring until I paid the extra $100.00. They are rip-offs! They will be hearing from my attorney soon! Do NOT support this jewelry store, they lie, cheat and steal from honest people!

5 /5 Shelby Bujan: A great family business. I came to them a couple summers ago when I could not get my wedding ring off my fat finger. The owner cut it off and resized it. It looks great still. At the time, I also has the broken clasp of a vintage necklace replaced. All done at a very reasonable price. Today I returned to get the knots out of that vintage chain today and he untangled it while I waited at no charge! Excellent customer service and great small business to support.

5 /5 Victor May: I needed the exterior diving dial fixed on my watch. It didnt rotate as is should and was locked up. Vince Contreras, helped repair it in a hot sec. He didnt even charge me. Very courteous and helpful. Thank you so very much Vince!!!!!!!

Vernet Malakyar (Mal): Brought a watch to have a simple battery replacement because it was recommended from the manufacturer and was purported to have the right tools. The person scratched the back of the watch horribly and put in a used battery that maybe works. When confronted they blamed it (lied to my face) on wear and tear. I had just inspected it before handing it over 2 minutes prior. Such poor service I don’t recommend anyone step foot in this place. What an utter disgrace. The lack of respect is mind blowing.
