She was attentive, well-versed in the brand, and ensured everything from selection to pickup was smooth and enjoyable. The thoughtful touches — like the Tudor cap and tumbler — made the experience feel even more personal. Zadok continues to impress with its stunning showroom, great location, and a team that genuinely understands and cares about their customers. Looking forward to returning soon. First Review: Visiting Zadok has always been a great experience. They go the extra mile like when they found a way for me and my pal to get our friendship watches (IWC Ingenieur’s).     Vernet Malakyar (Mal): Brought a watch to have a simple battery replacement because it was recommended from the manufacturer and was purported to have the right tools. The person scratched the back of the watch horribly and put in a used battery that maybe works. When confronted they blamed it (lied to my face) on wear and tear. I had just inspected it before handing it over 2 minutes prior. Such poor service I don’t recommend anyone step foot in this place. What an utter disgrace. The lack of respect is mind blowing.

    Hannah Rabalais: I don’t post reviews really but I was very impressed and delighted with my ring repair! They were skilled, knowledgeable, and so friendly to me and my young toddler. They replaced the entire head of my ring and added a new stone they helped me select. So happy with the result! Will definitely go back if I ever need another fix.

    Tara Mustafa: What an amazing experience. We were greeted as soon as we walked it to this beautiful store. We came in to get a bracelet that my bestie wanted to get me for my birthday. We have been talking about this jewelry for a while and we finally made it. The esthetic was beautiful and the Lab coats add such a vibe to the environment. We were helped by Sunni and Claire who worked well together and explained all the process and the products. They were kind and considerate and very professional. We did not feel rushed or pressured in any way. These ladies are excellent staff who bring light to the location! Thank you for an amazing experience. We ended up with 2 gold bracelets and charms. Cannot wait to add to our collection with the next special occasion!

I knew I needed to see the items in person before making a purchase. From the moment we entered the store, we were greeted with kindness and warmth. Associate Amy was absolutely wonderful! She took the time to thoroughly go over everything with both me and my child, making sure we felt comfortable and informed about our choices. Her patience and attention to detail were truly beyond expectations. Amy’s knowledge of the products and her genuine enthusiasm made our visit not just a shopping trip but a memorable experience. It’s not often you find such exceptional customer service that goes above and beyond, especially in a luxury retail setting.
