Working with her on our custom wedding bands was a delight: shell help you get started with some examples of her work, but shell also make sure to get to know you and your style to create a unique piece. We opted for yellow gold, but Claire works with a variety of different metals. She was very attentive and thoughtful all throughout the process, and always kept us in the loop. Im beyond grateful to her for putting so much positive spirit into our beautiful wedding bands. Claire, youre truly a gem!

Zadok continues to impress with its stunning showroom, great location, and a team that genuinely understands and cares about their customers. Looking forward to returning soon. Vernet Malakyar (Mal): Brought a watch to have a simple battery replacement because it was recommended from the manufacturer and was purported to have the right tools. The person scratched the back of the watch horribly and put in a used battery that maybe works. When confronted they blamed it (lied to my face) on wear and tear. I had just inspected it before handing it over 2 minutes prior. Such poor service I don’t recommend anyone step foot in this place. What an utter disgrace. The lack of respect is mind blowing.

We were helped by Sunni and Claire who worked well together and explained all the process and the products. They were kind and considerate and very professional.
