    Nicole Singleton: I’m not typically one to leave reviews but I wanted other moms to know that this is a great place to take little kids. They did a great job of making the process very smooth and naturally distracting my 6 year old who didn’t even flinch during the piercing. She is an extremely sensitive kid so this says a lot about their expertise in handling kids and the benefits of the hollow needle technique versus the gun. Highly recommend!

    Michelle Cooper: UPDATE: I reached out to James Avery about this issue and was called by Lisa at the college station location. She quickly resolved this and had my daughter’s necklace fixed in a timely manner. Customer service is hard to come by and James Avery took care of this issue with no questions asked and no push back I bought my daughter a cross necklace here as a gift for her baptism. After a few short months of having it the necklace broke. We brought it back and had to pay to have it fixed. I picked it up today and it’s already broke again!

    Tareysha Cooper: I bought a necklace from this place on my birthday. The same day it broke. Came back for an exchange they said I couldnt I could only send it off to be fixed. Necklace came back within a week. Wore it a few days & it broke again. This time they said I have to pay $20 to get it fixed again. This for a necklace that I have not worn for a month. I asked her what happens if it breaks for a 3rd time. She said she can give you credit for something else.I would not recommend buying a necklace from them. It will break the same day you purchase it. YOU CANT GET A REFUND OR EXCHANGE. They only want you to spend more money.

    Nancy G: Visited this week to check out the local downtown areas near me. I loved the clothing but the three girls working don’t seem to understand customer service. I found a few items that I liked and requested to try them on. It took me some time to find somebody who was working as there was no one in the store. I peeped over next-door and there were a few men working what I’m assuming is another store attached? Finally a young girl appeared and I asked if I could try on the items I was holding. She said the dressing rooms were occupied would give I her a moment. I followed her to the back to see two other young girls who had a lot of items they were trying on and taking selfies in the mirrors in the dressing rooms. She asked them if it would be OK if I popped in one of them to try some items on and they begrudgingly agreed. When I left the dressing room, there was no one in the store. I walked around, looking for someone and found all three girls outside, taking photos of themselves in the clothing. If your purpose is to sell clothing to customers, then I suggest having somebody actually work your store not do photos of the items while customers are there. Shame, cause I found some really cute items but it’s hard to purchase something when there’s nobody there to check you out.
