    Nancy G: Visited this week to check out the local downtown areas near me. I loved the clothing but the three girls working don’t seem to understand customer service. I found a few items that I liked and requested to try them on. It took me some time to find somebody who was working as there was no one in the store. I peeped over next-door and there were a few men working what I’m assuming is another store attached? Finally a young girl appeared and I asked if I could try on the items I was holding. She said the dressing rooms were occupied would give I her a moment. I followed her to the back to see two other young girls who had a lot of items they were trying on and taking selfies in the mirrors in the dressing rooms. She asked them if it would be OK if I popped in one of them to try some items on and they begrudgingly agreed. When I left the dressing room, there was no one in the store. I walked around, looking for someone and found all three girls outside, taking photos of themselves in the clothing. If your purpose is to sell clothing to customers, then I suggest having somebody actually work your store not do photos of the items while customers are there. Shame, cause I found some really cute items but it’s hard to purchase something when there’s nobody there to check you out.

The shop has so many wonderful items and I always find great jewelry for all occasions, Baggallini purses perfect for traveling and clothing for casual and dressy occasions. If I need an outfit for a special event, this is my go to store. The owner, Nancy Pride, is very helpful and honest about what looks good on her customers. I appreciate the time they take with every customer and their expertise in so many areas of womens fashion.

If you’re looking for honest affordable work done on jewelry or have him make you some jewelry which he’s doing for me highly recommend I get a really good vibe from the owner. Both my husband and I left there saying that after our first visit, we get the honest dealing vibe not like you’re gonna be taking advantage of at that location highly recommend. I came back to update my review to show you what he made for me….it is just beautiful!!

Went into simply exchange a dress for a smaller size, tags are in tack I have my receipt and the girl tells me there is a difference that I owe in price cause I originally purchased it on sale and today I have to pay the difference?? What? I’m not returning anything just exchanging it. Wouldn’t the price still be honored…….
