She quickly resolved this and had my daughter’s necklace fixed in a timely manner. Customer service is hard to come by and James Avery took care of this issue with no questions asked and no push back
I bought my daughter a cross necklace here as a gift for her baptism. After a few short months of having it the necklace broke. We brought it back and had to pay to have it fixed. I picked it up today and it’s already broke again!
