John Pena Just had to share my recent experience at Jared Jewelry store located on San Pedro in San Antonio. I took my custom diamond ring of 10 years to have it repaired. I was greeted by Annie Gallo. She was very nice, polite, professional, informative and very helpful. I inquired about the cost of the ring repair. Annie was very helpful in looking up my purchase and found I had purchased the warranty. After a few minutes, my ring was taken to be repaired, at no cost, and I was informed it would be ready the following day. Two days later, I picked up my ring. All I can say is WOW! My ring looked better than when I purchased it. Jared did an amazing repair job. I was truly impressed with Jared. They proved to be trustworthy and provided excellent customer service. For my next diamond purchase, Jared will be first on my list. Thank you Annie and Jared for making this a memorable experience.

The jeweler was very patient as we went back and forth on the perfect fit, and the salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable. And it’s always fun to see Tucker the cat. ella playz I walked in there eager since I had never been, Looking for something special for my teen daughter! Finally after finding someone willing to help me, She said that she would bring it out and then proceeded to turn around and help another customer! She then went over gemstones with her and then rang her up all while I was standing right in front of her awkwardly waiting, Maybe it was because I was in my work uniform and not dressed as nicely as the other customers, either way I left feeling so small. needles to say I will definitely not recommend this store to my friends.
