5 /5 Allyson Demeny: Tammy was such a helpful lady and was kind during our interactions. She was incredibly helpful to myself and another lady and very welcoming as well. Note: She let me know that they are supposed to be closed at 4 PM during the summer, but that they’ve had some trouble getting the hours correct on here (an issue I’ve seen with multiple businesses).

5 /5 Kari Whelan-Ferguson: Tammy was so patient and generous with her time! I came to the store with a good friend of mine who inherited some jewelry. The goal was to identify whether the items were 14k gold and the stones having any value. Tammy took the time to look at each item, provide testing, as needed, and gave us a fun education on the jewelry market. She was so kind and I want to make sure to thank her for her service.

1 /5 Nicole P: The woman who works here is usually out. If youre lucky enough to catch her be prepared: shes extremely rude. I was nicely looking at her things while she was helping another customer and she told me to leave. I wish she knew how much money I spend at pawn shops. I usually go to Houston but thought I would give her a shot. Never again. Go to Davids Coin and Jewelry on University. Its where I went after being kicked out of the plant store, and they were so friendly and helpful and do all their work on site. BCS Gold sends your jewelry out for service. There is really no way to know where your things are headed or in what condition they will return. Terribly rude staff. Never seen anything like it. Suprised she stays in business.
