    Ashley Cisneros: We went the other day after a work training. The worker was an old white lady who was clearly racially profiling myself and my coworker. It was super sad to see because as an employee who is often told to travel to CS I’ve always had great experiences until this day. She kept staring us down because my coworker and I are clearly Hispanic. She didn’t even greet or talk to us UNTIL I made a point to say bye to her so she knows what she’s doings. But when a couple of other girls walked in, clearly not Hispanic, she greeted them nicely in front of us and even offered to help them. Sad sad sad. Don’t go because obviously this is happening more than once.

    Brittany Jimenez: Took my Tiffany & Co necklace to be repaired. Went to pickup and they lost the heart with a diamond on it. They “found” it and didn’t seen in any urgency to repair it. Ask to talk to the “manager” & was rude & didn’t apologize I had to ask her for an apology. Will not be returning there.

    Natalie Flores: If you have jewelry you value do not bring it to this place. My husband brought in my antique wedding ring to have it repaired and this man absolutely destroyed it. There was zero finesse, care or artistry put in to the repair. I think he might need to retire or have his eyes checked the job was that bad. I sent pics of the repair to the lady I bought it from and she was heartbroken. He turned a beautiful piece of art in to frankenstein. He was extremely rude and refused to give any money back for the shoddy job. I had to pay an expert in San Antonio $700 to undo the damage this man did to my precious ring. I wouldnt let this place change out my watch battery STAY FAR AWAY from here!
