1 /5 Brittany Jimenez: Took my Tiffany & Co necklace to be repaired. Went to pickup and they lost the heart with a diamond on it. They “found” it and didn’t seen in any urgency to repair it. Ask to talk to the “manager” & was rude & didn’t apologize I had to ask her for an apology. Will not be returning there.

1 /5 Matthew Hooker: I was asked to come into the store, but the way I was treated once I arrived was completely disrespectful.. To be treated as though you dont belong or it was a problem for showing up was uncalled for! I expected professionalism and instead I left feeling humiliated!

1 /5 Itworks Cee: Chaz the manager is very rude. And so is the other female employee with an accent. She told us we can put a piece on financing or credit, insinuating we cannot afford their overpriced jewelry. Never judge a book by a cover, especially don’t offend your potential customers. I will never go to that shop again.

5 /5 Betsy Faris: The staff are so friendly- ask for Luis or Isaiah. So helpful and professional. They also worked with us to get exactly what we were looking for! They will help with any budget and give ideas if you dont see what you want in the case!
