1 /5 Natalie Flores: If you have jewelry you value do not bring it to this place. My husband brought in my antique wedding ring to have it repaired and this man absolutely destroyed it. There was zero finesse, care or artistry put in to the repair. I think he might need to retire or have his eyes checked the job was that bad. I sent pics of the repair to the lady I bought it from and she was heartbroken. He turned a beautiful piece of art in to frankenstein. He was extremely rude and refused to give any money back for the shoddy job. I had to pay an expert in San Antonio $700 to undo the damage this man did to my precious ring. I wouldnt let this place change out my watch battery STAY FAR AWAY from here!

He explained that the end prong was almost completely torn, so he rebuilt it in a stronger profile style to prevent the same issue from happening again. He also reinforced another prong, kept the design consistent, and even straightened the head since it had been a little crooked. My ring looks beautiful, feels secure, and I couldn’t be happier with the care and attention to detail he put into the repair. Highly recommend!

greg yavicoli: This place ripped me off. Cancelled an order, was supposed to get a refund almost 2 months ago. Had email conversations with them confirming this, then they just stop responding to emails mid march. Sent several follow up emails with delivery receipts so I know they got them, even asking them to just send the item if they arent going to refund me. Have been calling several times daily for 6 weeks straight. Phone just rings and rings, no message, and cant leave voice mail. I even tried calling from five different phone numbers and two different email addresses, so no excuses will work, I saved all my emails, phone records, and receipt. Had to file claim and dispute with paypal, and filed complaint with BBB. Pure and simple, I was scammed. Stay away!
