I always have a good experience shopping there because of the sweet staff and stylish finds. Its probably time to update. March 2020. Ive been a loyal customer for years. These gals are still dressing me and I am LOVING the online shopping now! Thanks for ALWAYS keeping ahead of the trends. As a [frumpy] new mom, I need some extra help these days. I know that every time I need to feel good about myself and dress up for something special... or ordinary... The employees are very nice and helpful. Anna one of the workers is my go to person always polite and respectful. Helps me out a great deal. She is very knowledgeable about most of the things that are sold here . Overall great place for shopping or getting a little extra money. Great prices and deals.

    Nicole Botkin: I am disappointed that they did not remodel the store before moving in. The carpet is old and stained. The tile is broken. They have more stuff now. They have added several makeup lines. I love Angie and Denise in the makeup. I went and bought a pair of shoes for my teenage daughter tonight and even though 3 people were in the shoe department no one asked if we needed help. We found a pair on the sale rack and when the lady checked us out she did not even speak to me.

    John Pena: Just had to share my recent experience at Jared Jewelry store located on San Pedro in San Antonio. I took my custom diamond ring of 10 years to have it repaired. I was greeted by Annie Gallo. She was very nice, polite, professional, informative and very helpful. I inquired about the cost of the ring repair. Annie was very helpful in looking up my purchase and found I had purchased the warranty. After a few minutes, my ring was taken to be repaired, at no cost, and I was informed it would be ready the following day. Two days later, I picked up my ring. All I can say is WOW! My ring looked better than when I purchased it. Jared did an amazing repair job. I was truly impressed with Jared. They proved to be trustworthy and provided excellent customer service. For my next diamond purchase, Jared will be first on my list. Thank you Annie and Jared for making this a memorable experience.

    Marek Christopher (CMARE): Just got my watch serviced and I noticed a huge gap between the case and crown, a bunch of grease and it reeks of cigarette smoke from whoever was handling it. The crown did not sit this high prior to service, the watch maker insisted this was normal and that the crown was not touched yet it had a bunch of grease on it. I insisted that it wasn’t normal and it’s not how it sat in prior photos. I’ve added photos from a service at bucherer and it didn’t sit this high. Don’t let these guys touch your time pieces they obviously don’t know what they’re doing.

There was no pressure to buy just come in and get educated on gold and diamonds if you like an item they will work with you to find a reasonable price.
