2 /5 Nicole Botkin: I am disappointed that they did not remodel the store before moving in. The carpet is old and stained. The tile is broken. They have more stuff now. They have added several makeup lines. I love Angie and Denise in the makeup. I went and bought a pair of shoes for my teenage daughter tonight and even though 3 people were in the shoe department no one asked if we needed help. We found a pair on the sale rack and when the lady checked us out she did not even speak to me.

5 /5 Ronald Harrison: Ashley in the regular Mens department was so helpful and patient with my purchase. She went above and beyond by making sure the shirts would go with more than one pair of slacks. Her pleasant disposition and recommendations made my buying experience phenomenal in spite of the "workout" attire I was wearing. I felt like a valued customer the whole time.

1 /5 Melody Reynolds: This store is no good bought a Kendra Scott bracelet have every receipt everything you need and they cant help cause it broke 31 days after being bought told me to contact Kendra Scott store did that and they said I wished Dillards would stop directing third party buyers there way so now we have a broken bracelet wont be buying from thee any more

1 /5 Faith Dones: Let me shop in peace!!! Went in with my husband to pick out a perfume but I was accosted every 2 seconds by random sales ladies! Didn’t buy anything and will not be returning. 0/10!! If I need your help I’LL ASK FOR IT!!

5 /5 Jai Rai: Today I was looking for an item for my husband as it is his birthday, and I ended up at Dillards not part of my plans, but that’s where I ended up at either way I picked up one item and went into the cologne section. There was a worker who asked how may I help you and I was like well today’s my husband‘s birthday and I am looking for a cologne and he doesn’t really wear cologne so I don’t know what to buy. She suggested what do I think he likes? Maybe we can try something from Dior. She said you know I’ll give you a sample of it so that way if he doesn’t like it, he doesn’t have to open it and he can just return it and exchange and do whatever he wants with it. She was pro professional, and got a great sale. Fantastic service.
