Karilynn Bressie I am very pleased with all my interactions with Black Wolf White Wolf Design. They make a variety jewelry and other items with silver and semi precious stones. Whether its a simple design or a statement piece, they can and do make it themselves. I only have a few pieces now, but they are my go to choice.

Savannah Diaz Store is great! Workers are terrible. Didn’t help, barely acknowledged we were there and weren’t friendly either. They were having convos amongst themselves the entire time and didn’t pay us any attention. We had to say excuse me to them to even check out. Also forced us to put in our email address without so much as the option. Get better staff. Salesperson name on receipt was Angela.

Crystal Service was phenomenal! I told the lady what I was looking for and she special ordered the charm for me. She said it was on back order and may take a few days. It arrived within one week!

Rakibul basher I had an amazing experience at The Jeweler Next door! I bought in a cherished piece of repair, and they restored it to perfection and incredible attention to detail. Craftsman ship is outstanding and the service was professional, friendly and efficient. Hats off to Garen!!

Wendy Enlow After dealing with an unprofessional at one Zales location I decided to try another location. I walked in and was greeted by Mr. Eddie. He was so friendly. Even after finding out I was there for ring sizing, he continued to be just as friendly. Eddie saved you Zales! After my unpleasant visit else where I told myself I was never shopping there again. Thank you Eddie!!!

Lily Avila I live in Pearland and I called (5 times before someone picked up the phone) to ask them for a receipt from a purchase I made back in May because I needed to exchange a ring. As someone who worked in customer service, I know how searching for previous transactions work. I called them to look for my transaction (because they didn’t even ask me for my email or number the day of my purchase) and the manager said that that wasn’t possible at all. Ma’am, yes it is. I was on the phone and politely asked the manager her to wait because the manager at my Pearland location wanted to speak to her to GUIDE her on how to find my transaction. Well, she hung up on me. And guess what? My Pearland location digged (called the regional manager) to find my transaction and they did. This is sad. Not picking up the phone? Not asking for email or phone number the day of purchase? THE MANAGER not being able to find a previous transaction? THE MANAGER hanging up on someone who is asking you to wait politely? If you didn’t want to do it, just say so.

Megan C Great place. Took my daughter there and she was nervous about peircing her ears. They described the process, showed her the tools, 100% no pressure. We let her think about it for a few days and came back super simple no issues. My daughter couldnt be happier.

She went above and beyond personally advocating for us, keeping us informed when customer service fell short, and ensuring everything was resolved in the best way possible. Monica’s professionalism, diligence, and genuine care not only fixed the situation but created lifelong loyalty from us as customers. She is the reason we will continue to trust Kay Jewelers. If every representative operated the way Monica does, there would never be a doubt about customer satisfaction. Truly outstanding service! If anyone has had a problem with Kays stores before I would recommend changing that opinion by going here and talking with Monica or her staff. Theyll do whats right. Thats for sure!
