1 /5 Kanieka Green: Ive been shopping here for years. I dont as often because of the return policy became an inconvenience , but I understand policies are policies.
I went into the store today. I was told I couldnt try on the shirt inside the store. I was literally placing the shirt on top of my strapless tank top. I was irritated, but I respected the policy. I drove back home which is 30 minutes away. I try my items on. They dont fit. I go back to the store the same day. I have my receipt and ID. I enter the store the cashier literally has her ear piece in her ear the entire time talking to someone about a tattoo and why she should leave her boyfriend. It was extremely unprofessional. She had on a head scarf and no bra. I dont judge the appearance of others but considering the lack of professionalism, it added fuel to the fire.
I than go through my return process. She returned 2 items with my refund. She than informed me that she doesnt know why but it wouldnt give me a credit for the other item and I need to call customer service.
Ive done my due diligence with the entire transaction. Why should I have to contact customer service. Isnt that her job??? I called customer to only be placed on hold with a expected call back.
I than look at the credit paper it says I have 7 days to use the credit.
The entire transaction was ghetto and trashy. I understand and appreciate the cheap prices however I should not have to expect cheap service due pricing.
Im definitely contacting corporate because its the principle.
