If you have a issue with your jewelry that you purchased from here and you do not have a receipt and for some reason, they cannot find your number even though you gave them your phone number for the warranty you will have an issue trying to get whatever broke fixed, or exchanged. Went there with a broken bracelet they could not find my phone number so I had to go all the way back home to Find the original receipt for me to go back to the store and somehow now they were able to pull up the order…
