michelle croom It’s better just to get jewelry from James Avery. If you have a issue with your jewelry that you purchased from here and you do not have a receipt and for some reason, they cannot find your number even though you gave them your phone number for the warranty you will have an issue trying to get whatever broke fixed, or exchanged. Went there with a broken bracelet they could not find my phone number so I had to go all the way back home to Find the original receipt for me to go back to the store and somehow now they were able to pull up the order…

Stormey Miller For my first time trying to resize my wedding ring I am very upset. Today I was refused a refund after they completely messed up my ring. Instead of resizing it they played with and after two day the engagement ring bottom flattened out. I cannot believe this is how they would handle a military soldiers wife’s wedding band and ring after showing signs supporting the military. They didn’t even try to polish the inside of the ring. Very upset and would not recommend getting your ring done here.

Monique Williams Overall, the store was OK from what I got to see of it however the lack of associates that work here makes it very difficult for customers to want to shop only one area for checkout, which is very frustrating when I got to the line I wanted to turn back around and leave. Had we not needed the items that we picked up we would have left. Just a very bad experience overall I expect more from a location located next to a military base.
