We took my wife’s rings in to get resized, only to find out that our designer, who is in New York, had to rebuild it due to the rings design. Understanding that a fee for extra materials would be necessary, Juliet helped us figure out a way to accommodate our out of pocket concern. She helped us get the ring to the size we wanted at no cost to us! Now that’s customer service. What I truly loved about her help was what she told me. “I just want to make sure your wife has a ring that fits her and that she’s happy with…” I wish all this we encounter in the retail industry could be half of what Juliet is! Way to build that personable relationship with your clients Juliet!!.. We look forward to the day we pick it up and place it on her finger again. 5 /5 Libby Hill: My fiance designed the most beautiful custom set three stone ring with an heirloom center stone with diamonds direct and we had the best experience. Everyone we worked with has been lovely and helpful, and treated us so nicely even when we brought in our own diamond for the original ring. We came back and customized our wedding bands together because of what a great experience we had here. Cannot recommend highly enough.

These are absolutely beautiful watches that look much more expensive than what we paid for them. So I have to acknowledge one of the managers at this Rim location Mr Oscar Barrera he is absolutely outstanding and his customer service is exceptional, they did not have the yellow variant at his store but he went out of his way to drive to another store to get this watch for us, he could have Easily told us to go to the other store but he did Not, this is the Exact reason why I shop at this store and I always deal with Oscar. The 3 reasons why I chose this Citizens watch was the colors on the dial are brilliant the president style band looks elegant and its very comfortable and the exhibition case back is a very nice touch, for the price of this watch its hard not to pull the trigger on it, so I did twice . Thank you Oscar you are the Best .

But 20 more steps through the mall I saw this lovely jewelry store that took great care of me! This very professional staff was very patient with me and did a nice job (they had to take out almost all the links) but it was only $8 and super fast. I really appreciated the service!!
