Yazmine k I went into this salon wanting a French tip and was very unhappy with the way they looked. They were messy and looked half done in my opinion. After asking the lady who did my nails if I could get something else, it was off putting to me that she didn’t seem surprised that I said something. By this point I just wanted something on my nails that I could walk around with. The picture with the tan/pink polish over the acrylics is when she “fixed” it. Even when she “fixed” them it was still done very sloppy and she didn’t even take all of the white paint off. Might I add the shape was not good either. And the pinky nail is excessively long. The price was decent but it should have been after the nightmare that was now stuck on my hands until I can safely remove them. Overall my experience was horrible and I won’t be returning. However the employees were nice.

Alisha Donet Oh my goodness. My daughters and I got the basic pedicure, and it was heavenly. The husband said he loves doing pedicures, and it showed. He was meticulous with the painting, and the massage was luxurious. He didn’t rush, and they didn’t pressure us to upgrade or get additional services. And they are just the sweetest Vietnamese couple ever. We will definitely be back! cảm ơn!

RumaXO The long black nails were supposed to have a design which was specifically shown, and all of the nails are boxy, crooked, and uneven. Also the hot pink nails were supposed to be French tip but the lady serving us was rude and said she asked for something she didn’t.

Amanda Lynne Adams Brought my daughter and some of her bridesmaids here for wedding day manis. They got us right in. The place is super cute and decorated nicely and most of all CLEAN! Lynn did an amazing job on nails and so did her husband. I had a female technician and she was so nice and super fast too, which I appreciate. The pricing here is better than most salons in town. The atmosphere is laid back and relaxing. Give them a try if you haven’t yet, this is a hidden gem in Lubbock!

Leighah Howell I absolutely love this place they did an amazing job on my nails I had no lift on my acrylics after three weeks which is amazing and it was just such a warm welcoming environment and my nails look absolutely amazing !! also very affordable!

Melinda Alvarado My appointment took longer than expected. The nail person was slow, and not very communicative. Plus I was unsure what to expect, as this was my first experience with these types of nails. After being blamed for my appointment taking too long, I had to clarify with a manager, that it was my nail tech that took too long...... She did not ask me if I was satisfied with the shape of my nails. (I wasnt) Also I did not know that they would run out of the nail color that I was hoping for, so they had to remove that polish and start over with a different color. The original nail Tech had to leave for an appointment, and someone else had to take her place. Once I was able to explain that I was not at fault for the delay, they finished the job. Now I know what to expect if I return.

Chloe Paredes I’ve been going here since I moved to Lubbock for college. It’s hard to find a nail place you feel comfortable going to, so I’m glad I found out about this place. They’re clean, professional, and very friendly. 10/10 recommend.

Natasha Rose I went to this salon based off Google reviews; so glad I did! The pedicure was amazing and Mona was fantastic! My time was cut a little short as they were starting to get busy (I got the 80 minute pedicure) but they more than made up for it with my nails (a difficult design) and the discount at the register. I will be returning!! Thank you!

Gabriella Galan Jenny did it again! Jenny takes her time, makes you feel comfortable, and she’s a genius I think she does an awesome job. This was just simply chrome but she is awesome with different ideas. I’ve explained to her I’m really picky with my nails and adore nails spa is my go to salon!

Molly Siever The sets from Elexis cannot be beat!! I have not loved my nails in a long time and she has nailed (no pun intended) every set I’ve gotten from her!! This is a builder gel set I just got yesterday and have been complemented 5 times already!!

Michah Ruddle I absolutely love the way Elexis does nails! Her application is perfection! This girl stands above other nail techs, hands down. She’s also a super sweet girl! She’s fabulous!

selena espinoza I took an opportunity to learn Intro to Acrylic application from Lexi, this was the best thing I could have ever done for myself. She is so talented and knowledgeable. Lexi made me feel so very comfortable, she corrected me in all steps and truly helped me feel so proud of my work. Taking her 2 day class, I saw and felt improvement within the first day, I had little to no knowledge of acrylic application and now I learned and retained so much information. Lexi is truly on of the best Nail Techs to learn from and I recommend anyone who wants to learn to take her class because you will be investing in your craft from someone who truly believes in you.

Debbie Deb Dont let the ratings fool you. I was visiting family and we decided to come here because of the reviews. I explained that I wanted an ombre on my nails and they acted like they knew what I wanted . I sat down and had a tech start on my nails. In the mean time the lady she just finished was having problems with her nails. They would not dry all the way and started cracking. This happens 3 times! So she was switching back and forth between us until someone else helped her on the 3rd time. As she continued to work on my nails it didnt seem like it was what I was wanting but figured it may turn out better when she was done. It did not. By the time she finished we were ready to get out of there. As soon as we got back to my Uncles house my nails started peeling. I was furious because the $$ I spent. I called back and spoke with Ken and he asked for me to come back. I went back the next day and I got him to just remove the hideous work the tech did the day before. Even though I am not completely happy with the 2nd time around it was way better than the previous. I have attached pictures of both. The purple and black was the 1st time around.

Rita Vaquera Sara is one of the best nail techs I have found in Lubbock. Genuinely cares about her customer and pays attention to detail and to what the customer wants. Not to mention, her nails are always long lasting!

Treana White I am EXTREMELY disappointed in my service here. I walked out spending 130.00 for amateur work. My gel has holes in it. It’s paint all over my toes, my finger nails are bulky and it’s embarrassing. They are horrendous and definitely over charging for the quality of work

Mae Teeerrific job! Even though I showed a difficult design out of the blue, Andy, the nail tech I had, did an amazing job half free styling designs on the spot. I needed prom nails the day before prom and he delivered! They complimented my dress tremendously and I have gotten A LOT of compliments since. The pedicure of was relaxing and the look served its purpose. The atmosphere is friendly and not intimidating. Super awesome place and will be coming back for sure!!

B Monroe Worst place to get acrylic toes done. They dont know what they doing. She made them so thick....looks very unnatural. Very disappointed because she was rushing. Will not recommend this place. I wasnt even asked what shape I wanted.

Sam Bartholomae I really wanted to like this place, the location is great, but the service was absolutely horrible. We came in a week before Christmas and we wanted a manicure and a pedicure. I had my two nieces with us and they were so excited for their first pedicure, they’re sisters so of course they wanted the same color but were told they can’t share the same color (even though they were seated next to each other) and that they needed to pick separately. Not a big deal even though it didn’t make sense. After my pedicure was over, I was ready to move to a table to get a manicure and the lady told me to get up, but didn’t tell me where to go. She moved on to the next person and when I asked her where I needed to go, she just ignored me. Finally, I sat down to get a manicure and the lady was incredibly rude. She seemed so put out and anytime I tried making conversation with her she was short. My nails ended up being crooked and the base color didn’t match my skin tone at all (I did French tip) and they were thick. When I pointed it out she just ignored me and moved on to the next person. I will never go back to this nail salon.

Bella Swannn I wanted to like this place so bad, I honestly thought I found my “go to”. However my nail experience was so bad :( this is what I wanted and this is what I got. They were so thick but it’s was weird because they broke off from the tips. I went back to get them fixed and they wanted to charge me $30 half of the price I had paid before ($60). I simply said no because I would have spent a total of $140. $50 from my pedicure the day before and $60 for the nails and if I wanted them fix $30. It sucks because they were the sweetest people ever and they did really good on my pedicure. But the nails and customer service is just horrible. I don’t understand how I would have to pay extra for a service that simply wasn’t good at all. Of course I have fault in it because I didn’t say anything before leaving, I just hate to be one of those people. I really wanted to love it so bad!

Lexi Leah was the one who did my nails and her service was amazing!!! She can do amazing designs and she always makes sure that the nails are exactly what you want. There isn’t anything that she can’t do!

Shaunda S Went in and asked for the same style just a color change on my feet ( shellac color w/white tip)and my 6 year olds nails painted with shellac …was told it would $20 for mine and $10 for my daughter. Before she finished I had to remind her to put my white tip…she then tells me that will be $5 extra and I was confused. I told her never mind. Once she finished my polish was lumpy and my toes were painted half way. When she checked my out my total was suppose to be $30 even…but the screen showed $30.60 so I told her she made a mistake…she told me no it charges to run MY card. I will never return and would not recommend to anyone. The smell of the green water fish tank was also not very pleasant during my visit.

china lucus The owner and staff are really nice. Ive been a customer of theirs for many years and always follow them wherever they go. My nails last me a good month to a month and a half sometimes even two. They take their time and love what they do. Would highly recommend getting your next pedicure and manicure or even nails done at this establishment.

Taylor Aldape This was a PAINFUL experience. I came in to get my dip removed today. the nail tech (who seemed to be the manager or owner because he was instructing the other workers and customers where to go) sat me down and began digging a pair of nail clippers between the dip and my nail bed. he was clipping away at the dip. Once he clipped as much as he could around the nail, he slid a nail tip in between my nail and the dip to separate the two. It tore the top layer of my nail off. It was painful, especially on my pinky fingers. I immediately asked him to “please soak the dip off” instead of removing it this way. He responded “this is faster and acetone dries out your cuticles.” He continued to chip away at the dip and use the fake nail tip to separate the dip from my nail bed. my nails are left very thin and look horrible. I can’t believe i paid $10 for this service. I would’ve taken the dry cuticles over this. If i wanted to take the dip off this way, i could’ve easily done it myself… and for FREE.

emily munoz It was my first time ever going to this place, I was scared because it was different from my usual place, but I ended up getting a set I did not like due to there being mess ups on my nail. I came back to see if I could get them fixed and I want to say the manager of the store, a young man with glasses, usually tells everyone to sign in, he fixed my nails. He did not have to fix them and refuse my service but he did not. He is a great person, I definitely will come back and make sure to pick the right set I want because of his kindness!!

But what a pain when I live in the country and its not easy to find time. Also it took like 1.5 hours for a set. I dont think I will go back.

Buffy Duque When I asked to get a nail fixed thats when the attitude started and then I checked them to make sure the shellac got even it was over on my skin and he just filed it down. And he didnt put cuticle oil.
