1 /5 Kristi Sterling: The first time I went to this nail shop, I was excited and did my research. I got to the shop around 6:30. The owner (Iām assuming) was very nice. He got me seated quickly, the guy who did my nails the first time seemed upset because he had to do my nails (guessing he was planning to be done for the day). He kinda had an attitude and I overlooked it, but he did an amazing job. The set that he had done lasted well past 3 weeks. I went back last night, hoping to have a better experience but that quickly faded. The owner again was nice and he greeted me but unfortunately he was tied up and couldnāt get to me. He had me sit at the end and wait. A lady came out to do my nails and again I received attitude while she was taking my previous set off. I was planning to get a set of dipped nails, once she removed the set, she tells me that I have to move to the guy who had just finished a customer because she had an appointment. Once her appointment came in, her attitude and mood completely changed. She was nice, she offered her client something to drink and was completely talkative. I was beside myself! Once the guy saw me sitting and waiting for him, he shook his head and was clearly upset because he had to do my nails. He rushed through getting my nails done and I stated several times that my nails were crooked. He claimed he would fix them, then told me itās because my thumb nails are too big. If it wasnāt a problem last time with the other guy who did my nails, why was it a problem this time. My blood at that point was boiling. I was there in the shop for over 2hrs. He fixed my nails as best as he could but I shouldnāt have went through what I went through. Needless to say I will not come back!
