Louise Ndowo Went in for a gel mani & pedi a few days ago. Very disappointed at the service and quality of work. They started my pedi but never asked me what kind of pedi I needed. They just proceeded to give me a very basic pedi yet I had come in ready for a luxurious one. It had been a while. My mani was rushed, cuticles barely done. They did not offer anything to drink at all. The entire service took me about 30-35mins. 4 days later the gel on my nails is already chipping!! They just lost themselves a potential customer.

Lindsay Menz Kathie is truly amazing. She’s the best of the best. I don’t think I’ll go see anyone else again. She makes any idea or vision for my nail come true. Kathie and her team do an amazing job with my kiddos, young and older. I cannot recommend Spa Nails 7 enough!

Julie Hermanson This was the best pedicure I’ve ever gotten. I got the Deluxe and it was worth it. My heels were seriously gross, like neglected hobbit status, and Lily got them feeling smoother than they’ve been in years! Plus, if you see in the picture, my first little toe on my right foot (the one next to the big toe) grows up instead of out due to a running injury in high school. She did a better job trimming/filing it than anyone else ever has. I will definitely be back!

B WC I have been coming to this salon for at least 6 7 years. Cindy and her mother and everyone is so nice and accommodating. Mani pedis and if there is ever an issue they fix it without charge like if a nail breaks. Today I had a eyelash fill and as always they surpassed my expectations!

Dasha Lou Omg I’m so in love with this place! It’s really hard to get someone who does your nails exactly how you like and Cynthia kills it every time! All the ladies that work there are super sweet too and it’s always so clean and doesn’t have that strong nail salon chemical smell which is nice! Definitely my new nail spot

Janna Thurman My sister and I were in the market for a new Nexgen nail salon and chose this one based on previous reviews. Our initial greeting upon entrance lacked pleasantries, but we decided to wait anyway. After about 20 minutes we were helped. The young lady helping me was extremely nice and made up for the initial rudeness. However, a week later 3 nails cracked and 1 broke which I have never experienced before. I went back for repair of the broke nail and an older lady asked how could she help. I advised that I needed a nail repaired and her rude response was "But we busy. We cant help you. Come back." Clearly flustered, I asked how long the wait was and in an irritated tone she responded "30 minutes, we busy, come back later." I told her that I would be finding somewhere else to have my nails done. Customer service is clearly not a priority!

Joscelyn Alvizo Absolutely love this place! Every time Ive come has been amazing, they take care of you and listen to what you request. Kami did these incredible nails today, shes just phenomenal! I wish I would have taken a photo of the set prior, cause it was also a bombshell. Danny is SUPERB & gave the best pedicure Ive had in a while. Cant wait to come back and see them both!

Julia Fields I don’t normally leave reviews but I have been getting my nails done by Han once a month for almost a year now and I have never left unhappy! Seriously!! If you are looking for an artist, she is your girl. I typically walk in with a few pictures in mind for an aesthetic I am trying to go for, and then she does her thing and it’s even better than I could expect! Truly the best gel X sets I ever get and they last me typically 5 weeks (i used to be prone to nail breaks all the time)! I had asked Han to be creative with today’s set and gave her free rein to do whatever design she wanted and it was perfect! A great spring set with some roses and gold! (: Rose Couture Nail Bar is also such a great place! It’s always clean, the drinks are delicious, and everyone is always super kind. 10000/10 recommend!

Alejandra Delgado the cutest nail salon ever!! not only that, but the staff was so friendly and welcoming. i typically do not go to nail salons (hadn’t gone in over 5 years) and have always said they’re just not for me but this place is IT. i loved it so much, i will be giving up press on nails and seeing Kelly from here on out for gel X. the prices were fair and the complimentary drink was a nice touch. see ya next time Kelly!

Irfan Rabbani I truly appreciate the excellent ambiance, as well as the professionalism and courteousness of the staff. The setting was relaxing, and the service was conducted with care. However, I was not particularly impressed with the actual facial massage provided. A proper facial massage involves more than just applying a facial scrub and using a hot towel. While those are standard steps, a comprehensive facial treatment should also include: • Deep Massage Strokes: Targeted pressure techniques to stimulate circulation, relieve muscle tension, and enhance skin elasticity. • Thorough Exfoliation: A well-executed exfoliation process to remove dead skin cells, refine texture, and promote skin renewal. • Effective Extraction: Proper removal of whiteheads and blackheads, which is essential for a deep-cleansing facial experience. Men’s facial massages require specialized attention, considering factors such as thicker skin, increased oil production, and potential issues like ingrown hairs. A refined technique incorporating these elements would have made the session much more effective and satisfying. I would love to see an improved approach that aligns with a more complete facial massage experience. Looking forward to trying the service again if these refinements are considered

Suad Bejtovic I love my membership with Hammer and Nails. Its a very welcoming place and the staff is amazing (shout out to Max!)! I enjoy the nice selection of premium spirits (anejo tequila and excellent bourbons). The membership is the best value around because you can pick any service, not just the haircut. Speaking of haircuts, Ive been working with Olivia on creating a cool, but classic style and I appreciate her attention to detail and customizing her suggestions to line up with my preference. Overall a very friendly vibe, with cool people who know their stuff.

Travis H I wanted a big hairstyle change and was really nervous about it, but Olivia did everything right and explained all the steps along the way. Definitely recommend!

Mary Shultz Nici is incredible! I moved to Frisco a few years ago and needed to find a new nail tech. I wanted someone who could do a great job and would also be willing to get creative with me on my nail art! She is a match made in heaven! Fantastic service, has a standard for quality (ladies she wont have you leaving the shop with funky looking nails like some techs do) and is so approachable. It feels like she has every nail color imaginable and is always expanding as new collections come out. Im pretty introverted and Nici is so easy to talk to it makes appointments fly by! The personal salon suite is also nice. You get 1:1 time in a quiet place rather than a crowded room with dozens of other conversations. She really takes pride in her work and I cant recommend her enough.

Amy James I have been going to Nails by Nici for the last 7 years. Nici always does an excellent job with my manicures and pedicures. I moved from Plano to Hurst 4 years ago and still make the commute twice a month because of Nici’s excellent service. I have never even considered going anywhere else. A+++++ in cleanliness which is huge for me. Her salon space besides being immaculate is always stylish and relaxing and her products are top of the line with the latest and greatest. I can’t recommend her enough for her professional attitude and precision not to mention her friendliness. Always and awesome and fun experience.

Navjyot Singh What bad customer service I was a first customer to walk in with this salon opened this morning . They made me dip my feet and water and wait for 20 minutes. There were two employees there Tina and Michelle or maybe Shelly I couldn’t get her name. They were walking around doing nothing while I had my feet soaked in water 20 minutes after another customer walked in and they both started doing her mini pedicure. I was just looking at them and they tell me all she has an appointment. We need to wait for a third employee to come in to start your pedicure seriously bad Customerservice Overpriced never go there

Jason Stephen The place seemed fairly clean and orderly. My nail professional was not in a uniform, nor particularly professional looking, but I understand the want to be comfortable. She was very focused and quick about attending to my pedicure, but when she finished, it was clear that my nails weren’t even. They were too short to do anything to fix it, so I didn’t raise a fuss, but I won’t be going back. The pumice (or whatever) used in my foot and calf massage left a very oily feeling above my ankle, so I think it just may not have been rinsed and rubbed all the way off. For $35, I want a better experience.

Kris S. The receptionist was very friendly and personable. However the staff was unwilling to fix any errors (crooked nail tip and wrong color) without attitude or difficulty. The overall shape is nice though. In addition, there’s an extra $5 charge for each nail tip variation: $5 for “extension”, $5 for shape and $5 for length. Which is objectively odd…

Laura Davis Ive been going here for about 3 years. I love the Nexgen manicure. It is always clean, and Ive never had a single complaint. Kevin does my nails most times, but Ive had other techs when he isnt available, and theyve all been great

Zee Hasan i’ve been getting my nails done from here for about a year, and their amazing. their service is great, and i specifically go to Lori, she’s honestly so sweet, and is so dedicated. she always makes sure that i leave the salon with a smile, and satisfaction! definitely recommend this place! :)

Zaria Howard wax is great here! nails are super thin and never straight, they’ll only last you a normal amount of time if you don’t use your hands too much. i also made an appointment 24 hours in advance and waited an an hour anyway.

Kellie Piazza My mom and I have been to this location several times and were very happy with the service and the staff; however, the last two times were terrible experiences. The staff seem very unhappy and this carries over to the clients and reflects in their work. They do not listen or ask for clarification of what the customer is wanting and then angry when they are told it’s not what you are wanting. Philip was constantly slapping my hands and pulling my arms, complaining that he was in pain with his arthritis. I did let him know I was sorry he was in pain, but wasn’t sure how I could help. I paid $60 for ombré dip (and asked for one red heart - which he didn’t do) and my nails pretty much look like I just have clear on them with maybe a little sparkle in the sunlight - not at all what I asked for. Also to mention, my nails were not trimmed at all and I told him at start that they were too long and wanted to cut down. When he was finished he just walked away and never asked how they were.

Staci Lewis We love Bella Nail salon. The ladies are so kind and took the time to talk with my 10 year old and do her nails exactly as she wanted them for her birthday (which is a special treat as she doesnt get her nails done often)!

Madeline Ketner Amazing service and the ambiance is great. Lilly, Andy, Vivienne, and Jackie are AMAZING. So sweet, funny, and talented. Vivienne and Lilly helped me - Vivienne did the nail art on my nails and they are beautiful. I also tried the new gel X and it’s so great and healthier for the nails. One of the only nail salons I’ve tried in Frisco area and the last one I need to try. Also got a brow and lip wax - painless and easy with good after care.

Daniella Moreno I’m not sure where the negative reviews are coming from, perhaps some people just not getting there way. Prices are clear as soon as you check in with everything detailed and listed out perfectly. Not liking your nails? This is disclosed when you go to wash hands, encouraging you to speak up if something is wrong. Dash nails ambiance is one of my favorite things. It’s so cute! Their customer service is amazing, I’m only on my 3rd or 4th time visiting, I was already recognized when I walked in this last time! It made me felt seen. I don’t have a particular person, every is great! They constantly are checking in during service to make sure everything is good. Continue doing great Dash! Forever a loyal client ❤️

Laura Neal The Dash Nail Spa Team was phenomenal! I scheduled an appointment to treat my husband [and myself ;)] for his birthday and it was amazing from start to finish. We both had manicures and pedicures. The salon is very clean, bright, and spacious. The staff are also super welcoming! We live in downtown Dallas, but the Dash Nail Spa is where we will go for the best experience.

London Segre’ Update: although they do good service, I’m no longer patronizing this business because of their sneaky pricing. Great experience! Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Natalie did a great job on my nails, made sure I got exactly what I wanted and she holds great conversation. Great prices and the space is also beautiful…I will be back!

riyann jot Great place to go to for your next manicure and pedicure! They are under new management who have transferred from Wisconsin. Expect to get the same if not better treatment from them. Staff is very friendly and considerate of their clients. Highly recommend and I will definitely be back! They also offer chrome!

Tytiana Browder Please do not come here. Even for a walk in. Not worth it. There are other salons who value the service they do. I have attached pictures of a COMPLETED gel pedicure in which the polish did not completely cover my nail and looks as if there was not work done on my cuticle. I stopped in while my car was getting serviced nearby and did not have the time to let them redo the polish due a scheduling conflict. The shop did not charge me for the gel since it was obviously an incomplete polish. I returned the NEXT day (do not live nearby-so took time out of my Saturday) to get the polish fixed and was told that I would have to pay for the gel polish today since they did not charge me for it the day before. That was a mistake on their behalf and no compensation for the inconvenience of incomplete and lackluster service rendered. Please take your money elsewhere.

Pai Redlee “RP” Ruined my natural nails!! I wanted to take a break from salon nails since I have been getting them done for over a year so I went for a removal service with regular polish, the lady there used the electric buffer on high speed with very little soak time that I could feel the burn! Grinding hard to remove the dip powder. She finally reduced the speed but it hurt. After a week or so when my nails started growing out I could see the indentation and bumpy surface caused from their extensive grinding/buffing method they did every time and how badly damaged my nails where. Not to mention the stoic rude person at the reception! Go some place else

Rose Letot Ann has been doing my nails for over 10yrs. Kelly does my pedicure and is always diligent about doing it right. The staff is always great. You should definitely make it your go to for nails, feet and waxing.
