2 /5 Janna Thurman: My sister and I were in the market for a new Nexgen nail salon and chose this one based on previous reviews. Our initial greeting upon entrance lacked pleasantries, but we decided to wait anyway. After about 20 minutes we were helped. The young lady helping me was extremely nice and made up for the initial rudeness. However, a week later 3 nails cracked and 1 broke which I have never experienced before. I went back for repair of the broke nail and an older lady asked how could she help. I advised that I needed a nail repaired and her rude response was "But we busy. We cant help you. Come back." Clearly flustered, I asked how long the wait was and in an irritated tone she responded "30 minutes, we busy, come back later." I told her that I would be finding somewhere else to have my nails done. Customer service is clearly not a priority!
