She also asked me about my comfort with the tools she uses and provides other options for people with sensitive skin or disabilities. Her art work is beautiful and my appointment was not rushed. I’m definitely a customer now!

Melissa Pollard Terrie is absolutely the best at what she does! Ive never had an experience getting a nail service where I felt heard or cared about. She takes her time and makes sure each nail is perfect! And they are! You can really tell she loves what she does and I love that for her! . Ive been suffering with a bit of new mommy blues lately but, let me tell you this women did her thing! I feel like I got some me time with gorgeous nails to boast about. Seriously tho you wont regret going with her. Def will ONLY be seeing this gem!!!!

We have decided to make this a routine visit. It was a nice stress reliever. And the environment is very cozy and calming…not chaotic at all. I love the whole private suite setup they have throughout the building. It was just an all-around A+ experience. We will definitely be back. This salon is worth giving a try at least once.

Their massage chairs are SO comfortable, the staff were all so sweet and accommodating, we were offered tea and/or coffee, allowed to sit in the massage chairs while we waited as walk ins and got 10% off for our first visit. The ambiance was cozy and clean. I will definitely be coming back!!

Julie This is the BEST nail salon I’ve ever been to. I’m visiting my sister in Tyler and we decided to get our nails done. Because it is a cozy salon, with 3 nail techs, they do prefer appointments but they still squeezed 3 of us in for 3 nail services and a pedicure service. I’ve had bad experiences with salons before not using sanitary equipment or cutting my cuticles but that was not the case here. They were so gentle and careful; not to mention they sterilize their equipment and put it into sterile packaging. The salon is so clean, cute, and they provided us water and crackers. I promise you, you will not regret coming to this salon.

Hannah McCracken I came across Nails by Gina while on a Google search for a good manicurist…she had top reviews so I gave her a call to make an appointment. She was able to get me in almost immediately! She was pleasant, knowledgeable, and really cared about the health of my nails! Her products are the best natural products available. I was also impressed by her intention to be thorough on sanitation guidelines. We shared sweet conversation, but also relaxing moments of silence. It was the best shellac pedicure and manicure that I’ve had in Tyler. I absolutely recommend Gina for your natural nails needs! I already can not wait to go back In a few weeks!

Lindsey Burns I have used Gina for 6 years and Im terribly sad she has moved to Tyler. Visiting Gina is much more like a spa/massage experience than any regular, loud nail salon. She does not use acrylic products so the smell is subdued and pleasant. Gina includes special touches like turning off the lights for the massage portion of a pedicure, using essential oils, and high quality products. The whole experience is truly calming and enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Paedyn Dibbles It pains me to make this review but it needs to be done. The staff is usually great and friendly but this time when we we’re getting our nails done that was not the case. The person who did mine was unfriendly but did pretty well at least that’s what i thought until now. My nails have already started chipping and it hasn’t even been an hour. Onto my mother’s services though she was offered a change for her toes since she was concerned about the color not matching. The man who did her nails did the fix on her toes as well. Her nails were made uneven and her toes were messed up they did not offer her any shoes for her toes to dry then when it was brought up they didn’t even offer to redo them. We are at another shop getting them fixed

avina patel Made a last minute appointment for a full set today and left very satisfied! Brought my 3yr old with me as she wanted get her nails painted as well and Cory was very sweet with her and had no problem painting her tiny nails once he was free! Jimmy was very kinda and had no problem making sure my nails were exactly the way I wanted them right down to the number of rhinestones I wanted on each nail! I like my stilleto nails nice and sharp and he accomplished that perfectly! Will definitely be returning to this shop!

Sammi Absolutely terrible nails. The male nail tech was rough and had an attitude from the moment I stepped in. I just wanted a basic almond French tip since I could not use my normal nail tech. She was having a baby. So I went to this salon with high hopes. He cut me from using an E-file, and messed up my actual nail beds by filing my real nails down with sand paper like tip on the e-file. This is obviously a CHOP SHOP. No one should be paying 70 dollars for basic French tips. This shop is a scam. My nails have never looked so bad.

I wanted to have my spa day and pamper myself before my wedding and this was the best place to do that. Assuring the day before my wedding was a relaxing one. My nails were done by the owner himself and done perfectly! He was gentle, funny, polite, and made me so comfortable. I got my pedicure done as well and the woman who did it was gentle and made me feel relaxed as ever. I will continue to come here for many more years because this is by far the best place I’ve ever come to.

No matter what I have to say the pictures don’t lie. My service was a full set with gel polish on hands only. For over 50 dollars seems like I should have had a better job.

Sal was so gentle and I was so relaxed, I’ll definitely be back. My nails look amazing! I was a walk-in, I didn’t have an appointment, I only waited about 20-30 minutes before I started my service.

Darla Hopson Thuy (pronounced Twee) did my dip powder manicure and pedicure today. This was my first time in and I loved it there! The vibe was welcoming and friendly chatter with all the customers. My service was exceptional! No harsh filing! My nails and toes are perfect! This is my go to place now! They are appointment only so call and get on their book! The owner of D’Lux Nail Spa came in herself and very kindly worked with what the previous salon had done and fixed them. And she did not charge anything as a favor!! Mrugesh Shah I recently with my daughter, and before we started, I specified my concerns with my nails. They completely ignored me, and they refused to address my concerns about toenail removal. He forgot to give us a massage which is included in the package, and when reminded and offered to pay extra, he removed the polish and refused to fix. In less than 3 hours my daughter and I had chipped nails. The quality of their polish and service was disappointing. We used to love coming, but their hospitality and quality have significantly gone down. These pictures were on the day of service.

Stephen Kohlhaas First time we went it was great. Very personable and welcoming. Each time after it just became more and more rushed. My wife got her nails done in September of 2024, went every two weeks to get them done and she would ask for new nails and be told “you don’t need new nails, just a fill.” She ended up with either bruising or a fungus under her nails. Her big toenail came off. We will never go back here if they reopen and highly recommend no one does.

Jordan Sharp COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY First off let me say they charged me $75 for acrylic nail powder with a cat eye finish. They only placed 2 fake nails everything else was my own. I usually pay around $55 for this service. The lady was annoyed that I was there from the moment I walked in. She gave me attitude the entire time and when I asked her for short nails I received more. My friend even noticed and made a comment afterwards. My nails are all UNEVEN and different lengths. She never cleaned up the edges just left black all around my cuticles. Then I noticed underneath the nail instead of wiping the nails clean she just left all the acrylic powder..so now my nails are thick on the underside also. Then when it came to the expected tip she got angry and give me a look when I handed her a $5 bill instead of a the suggested tip on the screen. Maam I will not be bullied into tipping you more when you did a horrible job on my nails. I will never go back.

Courtney Matheny John did a fantastic job on my nails today! I knew I wanted something with chrome, and we decided on a brown dip polish and pearl chrome. The end result: chrome coffee. This was my first time at this salon and I will definitely be coming back!
