María Elisa Huffman The office experience was really good. The receptionist was friendly and efficient, the MA/nurse was thorough and kind, NP Parra was amazing and made me feel comfortable right away at my first visit. I left feeling confident I will receive great care there. Then I went to the lab. That was a whole other story. Reception was rude, dismissive, unhelpful…. The wait was long (an hour +) but that’s expected for a large practice. The pleb was efficient and the actual draw went quickly and well. Hopefully I won’t have to go to the lab very often or I can choose an outside lab.

Theresa P I’m baffled by the low ratings of this clinic. I’ve had no problems with this clinic..other than parking can sometimes be difficult..but that’s beside the point. The staff members are friendly, they get patients checked in quickly, and my appointments have not been longer than a typical appointment at any facility. Pretty fast, actually. I do use the MyChart app to make appointments and to send message to the clinic. Definitely helps with my needs being answered quickly. My family sees Dr. Petrikas. He’s a great doctor and takes time to listen and explain everything we need to know. My family is happy with his service and the entire clinic staff.

AC Cavazos Sad, still not accepting patients in office. My mom is 86 has to have her pace maker checked and cleaned, way over due, but they want to have a virtual call. I asked why iare they not seeing patients in office? Her answer, its his preference Wow, we had to change doctors and found one in Laredo since my parents live in Feer and wont move close to relatives on a larger city.
