Loreinn Huitron Horrible over the phone customer service, we called to see if they were open before we arrived, they confirmed that they were open, we arrived at 10:30am and no one was here, we came again at 11:22 am and still there was no one here, over the phone they were not helpful at all, rude and told us we can go to another pronto office! Clearly on the sign it says they are supposed to be open from 9am to 7:30pm. Management where are your employees during the mornings? This is the 2nd day in a row with experience this with this office on Yarbrough and north loop, we came in here looking for a quote for our 3 vehicles and wasted the time, BAD customer service, irresponsible and will be taking my business somewhere else! This office should be looked into to see what’s its employees do during the day.

Amber Zubia The girl emily messed up my policy renewal, she put double coverage on my car and absolutely made a mess of things. She said shed fix the issue and call me back and never did and avoided my calls afterwards. I spoke to her manager and he was extremely condescending, talked to me like i was stupid, spoke over me, and only apologized after i had said he hasnt even had the decency to do that. The manager should be fired, he was extremely unprofessional, very rude and im baffled that hes the person in charge.

Remini Me Be sure to do your research the agents are obviously not trained correctly I had to get the underwriter number to get my own policy corrected. Took 4 phone calls and them saying I owe for a policy I couldn’t use I couldn’t even leave the lot until the policy was corrected I waited over the weekend to just a headache be sure to be on your game when dealing with amateur companies like this!!

West Arizona I have not known more irresponsible insurance agency that do not know how to do their job, they only want to charge their 30 dollars for the cost of the bad service they offer, they leave incomplete forms and the insurance of your car is invalid, they are the number 1 agency in incompetence and bad work

Irma O Initially, they did a good job. However, my rates kept going up in large increments. The first time, it was due to payouts in other areas that were hit by disasters and all insurances went up. But it kept happening and the last time, it was pretty big. When I contacted the office, I was told my agent would call me back. He didn’t. After several tries, I was able to speak to him. He said he would research and get back to me. He never did. I found another reliable insurance company that was much cheaper for better coverage. I should have switched to them after the first increase but didn’t even look out of loyalty because I thought my agent was very nice. But being ghosted was the last straw. I would have saved a lot of money if I had switched earlier. Word to the wise, always shop around each time they raise your rates. I never had any accidents so there was no call for the increases. And now, TFB keeps contacting me to renew my membership even though I have notified them I will not be doing so.

Since then I have made monthly cash payments at Montana /Trowbridge location. The young Mother (forgive me I cannot think of her name) is always so friendly and accurate with me.
