1 /5 Amber Zubia: The girl emily messed up my policy renewal, she put double coverage on my car and absolutely made a mess of things. She said shed fix the issue and call me back and never did and avoided my calls afterwards. I spoke to her manager and he was extremely condescending, talked to me like i was stupid, spoke over me, and only apologized after i had said he hasnt even had the decency to do that. The manager should be fired, he was extremely unprofessional, very rude and im baffled that hes the person in charge.

1 /5 Remini Me: Be sure to do your research the agents are obviously not trained correctly I had to get the underwriter number to get my own policy corrected. Took 4 phone calls and them saying I owe for a policy I couldn’t use I couldn’t even leave the lot until the policy was corrected I waited over the weekend to just a headache be sure to be on your game when dealing with amateur companies like this!!

1 /5 Luz Sierra: 8/19/2022 showed up at 9:00 and no staff available. Hours posted on door open at 9:00. Came back at 12:00 walk in and No one to greet you waited a couple minutes and Noone. I keep ringing the chime on door and Noone came out. Horrible Service.
