    Fendi Flex: The first time I went there, Mariana went above and beyond to help me. She put effort, time, and patience into my situation. She made me feel like a valued customer. I thought in that moment I had found a company I planned on staying with because of that interaction alone and oh wow, how that all changed. The second and third time, it was like I was talking to a whole new person. Very little effort to even try to help me. She had a careless attitude and a "I dont care" look in her eyes. She acted like she had better things to do even though she was just sitting at her desk talking to her coworkers. I even decided to try a fourth time and it was the same situation. Bare in mind, I have been nothing but respectful and grateful with them. I never made things complicated for them. Never complained. Never treated them bad. Yet I get treated like I am someone worthless. I am very disappointed on how things changed once I became a customer. I hope this is not the same for everyone, but I myself would not recommend this place to nobody.

    Ivete Lopez: Worst service ever, make changes without asking, and then when you asked for help instead of helping they just give you a 1-800 number. I would put 0 stars but is not possible:( Update: 08/22/2023 After a few calls(at least 10 in two days) one more trip to this location. We were able to get 0 help, agents blame it on Progressive and that they couldnt make anything with our first sending everything or main location. I know prices are going up, but for us it was cheaper to change to a new insurance (Allstate) that paying the new high prices on this insurance, after 15 of loyalty with them, they not even try to help. For real stay away from this agency. The person that call us said one thing, the person in the office would say another thing. All this started because they decided to add someone that just got drivers license to the insurance without asking. I called Allstate and Fred Loya and both insurance they said the also run the DMV to check for new drivers licenses but they would never add someone without asking. Progressive add new drivers licenses so be careful.

    Loreinn Huitron: Horrible over the phone customer service, we called to see if they were open before we arrived, they confirmed that they were open, we arrived at 10:30am and no one was here, we came again at 11:22 am and still there was no one here, over the phone they were not helpful at all, rude and told us we can go to another pronto office! Clearly on the sign it says they are supposed to be open from 9am to 7:30pm. Management where are your employees during the mornings? This is the 2nd day in a row with experience this with this office on Yarbrough and north loop, we came in here looking for a quote for our 3 vehicles and wasted the time, BAD customer service, irresponsible and will be taking my business somewhere else! This office should be looked into to see what’s its employees do during the day.
