Vince Garza I am disappointed with pronto insurance. I called and got a price quote. I was told I had a 24 hour window for the price, it was $136 per month . I went in person to get the insurance within that small 24 hour window and was told it changed! It went up to $158 per month. I was told nothing could be done. So I left. This is not how business should be done.

Dimas De Leon Gave us a good price compared to amax. Amax wanted to charge my wife 260 for liability, and they didnt not want to accept me because of my record. Neither of us have a DL, so we understand that raises price also. My wife suggested we go to B&B, so we did and it was 160 for both of us, if we had DL it wouldve gone down. Either way, were happy with the price. Lady who attended us was nice and very helpful. They didnt ask a million questions like other places.

Rosie Davila Cheap insurance that recently increased their fees outrageously. The first down payment, they just pocket. Then every month you are paying service fees for their office. I hope you never get into an accident using this insurance company. This happened to me and the lady who answered the phone was so rude. Said, What do you want us to do? Call the other insurance and hung up. Lol I was so shocked. Quickly changed to Progressive Insurance. Saved money and no bs fees. Trust me. Run from this shady company!

Jacob Chavez Can never get a hold of anyone at the Edinburg Freddy Gonzalez location. I have gone to another location and they can not get a hold of Carol the manager to make a change to my policy. Im so disappointed with the service. I have only had them about 2 weeks. Cant even add a new vehicle according to their underwriting because they dont cover that high of an insurance for a lease. I guess thats why they are one of the lowest rates. I dont recommend.

Alan Owens I was shopping for a new homeowners policy, and spoke with Elizabeth to get a quote. My current homeowners policy pricing escalated way out of range for a renewal. Elizabeth was extremely helpful and she informed me that she typically doesnt ask people to make quick decisions, however she informed me that the pricing on farmers homeowners policies were going to increase by 30% by the following day. I had made several inquiries with other companies, and she was by far the best in service and pricing. Elizabeth was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and conscientious. She is definitely a keeper and deserves kudos! Thank you Elizabeth!
