    Joe Diaz: Had both car and home insurance with this agency. Vehicle insurance is over priced even if you have home insurance with them, they claim that prices are always increasing in Texas. Needless to say I cancelled the auto and found cheaper price somewhere else with same coverage. Now I cancelled my home and found a better deal again same coverage. The worst part of this is that we had a really bad situation with an adjuster on a claim that we never filed. We called asking for guidance and their claims department filed a claim without our authorization and it affected our premiums not to mention trying to find insurance coverage somewhere else. Asked to talk to Oscar Arrieta, of course he never called, I guess he’s too busy sponsoring big businesses with the money he makes from us customers. Do yourselves a favor and don’t give Oscar Arrieta your business, there are other agencies that do care about your insurance needs.

    Nonya Biz: No points ,never any accidents or claims. Ever... Yet they still raise my price 1000. Yes 1000 a year for the last 3 years. Greed, 30 years with them. And Im stuck because others are started to raise the prices also. So much for loyalty and no claims.. I feel they should NOT punish the customer who is a good driver and has zero claims.. Whats the point of being a good driver and a loyal customer? Cant imagine if I had a ticket or needed to actually use them for a claim. I can not afford this much longer.

Today he received an email about his renewal and payment will process and be automatically drafted. Stay away from Go Insurance.
