Margaret Torrijos Very competent, caring staff who considered my preferences while treating my broken tooth. My tooth extraction (upper molar), which included a bone graft as well, was painless! Spearmint provided all necessary information regarding payment and insurance so I could make informed choices. My new dentist!

Vicki Clark This was my first time seeing a dentist in years. I was anxious and embarrassed about my oral health, but the staff were very kind and made me feel at ease. They listened to me and didn’t make me feel like I was being judged, and they even answered all the questions I asked just because I’m a nerd who loves seeing my own X-rays. I enjoyed my visit and even though I’m still anxious about dental visits, I look forward to going back to them.

Shanda Leon Would not recommend. I chose this place due to the amount of recommendations on here however the reviews leave out the fact your kid is herded in like cattle. My daughter saw 5 people over her care... she had one girl bring her back weigh her and take notes then another girl come in take photos then another girl come in to clean then a dentist then a second dentist. The rooms are opened up were i could plainly hear treatment plans in the room next to us. The original dentist was extremely unprofessional because the moment i started asking and disagreeing with the treatment plan she tried shutting me down with pretty much this is the only option and tried scaring me inyo saying there would be an emergency visit and my daughter had an infection. The second dentist came in and instead of taking more clear xrays just said they he is booked until may to watch for signs of infection and he will try to save a tooth once he is in there all infront of my daughter who mind you is already terrified of the dentist. I got a second opinion the next day and lets just say they were completely incorrect on every single thing. My daughter went from having 4 teeth pulled to one and not even the one they were wanting pulled. They were attempting to cap every single tooth to now she is getting filling for just tiny cavities and i mean tiny. I am giving them at least two stars because the front office ladies are extremely sweet. But do not rely on the actual dentist there. Save hour child.

Megan Anderle Lacey is my dental hygienist, and Dr Burross is my dentist. They are very nice and personable. Had to have my permanent retainer replaced and she was great too. They are always friendly at the front desk as well! Great crew!

Nickole Brown This was the best dentistry I’ve ever been to! I had Mrs Laci as my dental assistant and boy was she AWESOME! She had the best sense of humor and was very knowledgeable of her job! The Dr was also great! He explained everything to a T. Plus the entrance and exit staff were also very nice! No attitudes there…… just straight smiles!!!

Jen Haller We are new to town and needed to find a dentist here in WF. Instead of calling my insurance company for referrals I decided to check Google. Falls Town Dental was one of the highest rated dental offices so I gave it a shot. The front office staff got me an appointment immediately and without issue. Everyone was so kind and accommodating from the initial appointment until I checked out. I’m not a fan of dental visits due to a bad childhood experience…not even an issue here. So glad to have found this office. Made the transition smooth and easy. Highly recommend.

Greg Hemesath First time there. Came in for routine X-ray and cleaning. Appointment was on time, staff was very professional and polite. Doctor was professional, thorough and knowledgeable. Hygienist knew her profession well. I had no cavities or other dental issues, (yay!). All this was done in about 45 minutes. Love that there was really no wait time, not in waiting room or in the chair. Everything was very clean and comfortable. I will be continuing with this firm for my future dental needs.

Marc Penix I freaking love this place. I’ve very picky healthcare of any kind but the entire team made me feel welcomed and valued. The cleaning was very thorough and even will provide you with a plan of action if any services are required. I highly suggest them even if it’s not IN-network. My out of network was super easy convenient and barely touched my pocket. Services aren’t free but this place almost make you feel like it could be. I will not go anywhere else

Scott Lewis I have been going to Tracy Hill since she started in Wichita Falls. I had been to a few others before Tracy came here and I can honestly say that I trust nobody other than Tracy to do my dental work and the work for my entire family!!! I have NEVER had a single complaint and the staff from Diane the office manager and all of the dental staff to include the financial office have always been amazing and so very helpful. Walter Scott First of all I had an implant installed where a tooth was extracted years ago. Everything went perfectly. Ive had no bleeding, no swelling and absolutely no pain. Thanks to DR. Waters and his staff youre all amazing.

Randy Nelon Well I was going to leave a positive review but now this is the 2 nd time they have rescheduled. Showed up to my appointment at 8 am and was told 1st they didn’t even have me down and then the story changed to my appointment time was at 1:30. Well which one is it lol? These people are horrible at scheduling also don’t look for any empathy. I showed 2 weeks prior because my bottom dentures were cutting my gums and leaving sores in my mouth I was pretty much told suck it up that my appointment was only 2 weeks away. If you want Reliable and professional service look into other dental practices or services. this place does not provide it. I wish I would’ve done my homework before using this place and spending my hard earned money.

B After every thing I have been through and all the dentists and students Ive encountered I was not getting excited about this place. I was in for a big surprise! If I knew then what I know now, Id have never gone anywhere else. Affordable Dentures and Implants has it nailed! They treated me like I was very special and like I was the only person they have to take care of. Stormy Leach I have been using Dr.Lees office for just over 10 years with my 3 children. Today I really have to give them so much recognition for my sons surgery. He is my youngest (6) and has always been a little dramatic and a fighter when it comes to that. He was getting an extra tooth removal and we were in and out in less than an HR and a half and everyone was so patient and on task. Sometimes people wanna complain about wait time, but there is a lot of people who come here cause of such the excellent work the Dr does. He is very to the point and great at explaining things and Im just so happy hes been able to get my son to trust him as much as I do.

Ive read mixed reviews and would just have to give the advice of try them for yourself. I have a 4 yo girl, they did the tv, headphones, "princess paste", so much enthusiasm for 10 am, I genuinely couldnt do it. And they are now extracting the same tooth, that he did a root canel on, on Monday. Theres no value in a smile you cant make.

Lisa Venable I had a dental emergency - an infection in a broken tooth and need a root canal. I called in, and even though I was a new patient,Bailey (or is it Bree?) got me in the same day!! That spoke volumes to me, that they cared. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Im on the way to healing the infection so I can schedule the root canal. Dr. Chandler took time to explain how they help high anxiety patients for procedures, which i appreciated! I definitely recommend people to use Bright Choice Dental!

Brittany Fitzgerald Just had my first visit here after a sore tooth scare. I haven’t been to the dentist since 2016 - terrified of dentist- so I searched the web at all reviews and recommendations. Based off my friends recommendation I finally choose this place and oh my goodness they are AMAZING. Im actually excited about going back. They are so detailed and personable. You can tell they carry a lot of knowledge and do a wonderful job at explaining things. The building is also so clean and cozy. 12/10 recommend.

Gabriella Solis We love Dr. Guess and Presley! From the moment you call and Dana answers the phone, you will surely be cared for. They’ve taken great care of my whole family for years now and we couldn’t be more pleased. Even my 10 year old doesn’t mind going and looks forward to the prize box every visit. I love that they offer a membership plan for people without insurance too; it helps make quality dental care more accessible. On another note, between the high school sports photos, the art gallery in the lobby, the local photography in the rooms, and more, you can really tell they care about the community. Robert Welch I was referred to Dr Heyen by the VA. To be honest this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a dental office. Nothing against Dr Heyen but it appears he is distancing himself from the practice. It took 5 appointments to complete one crown and I’m not sure it’s correct. I expected Dr Heyen to come in today and complete my crown but did not. My first appointment I was in the chair 3 1/2 hours. At that first appointment a new dentist Dr Ghia was rude to the staff. The staff overall were very customer oriented. Update - 24 hours after my crown was in it has fallen out.

Kevin Watts Dr Heyen is amazing! I have a complete fear of dental work...yet, Dr Heyen ensured I was comfortable & made me less stressed. His work on my teeth was excellent...painless & perfectly done. So glad I have him for a dentist. Hes been the best dentist Ive had over the past 40 years. Danny Roadlander Dr Heyen was an amazing dentist, had multiple referrals from the VA to see him. The problem isn’t with Dr Heyen, it’s with Ghia, she damaged other teeth while doing a temp crown. She then blamed me for not being numb after she cut the nerve root. She blamed my high blood pressure from the pain she cause on my tooth for not wanting to look at it. Ghia made crowns for me and they were not suitable to use by the Department of Veteran affairs. Upon speaking with the VA I was made away that many vets have complained to the VA about Ghia and how she practices. I would highly suggest to look somewhere else for a dentist. Ghia isn’t professional to her patients or staff.
