Met the doctor at my first consultation who was great.He even called me several hours after the procedure to see how I was recovering and if I had any questions. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly kind and patient—especially the front desk staff and technicians. They answered all my questions before and after surgery, making me feel comfortable even though I was extremely nervous. Dr. Waters did an amazing job—the procedure was quick, and I had absolutely no pain afterward. He even took the time to personally call me after hours to check on my recovery, which really showed how much he cares about his patients. A week later, they let me come in for a free check-up just to reassure me that I was healing properly. I never thought I’d say this, but if I had to do the surgery again, I wouldn’t hesitate! Highly recommend this team for anyone needing oral surgery.

I was referred by the VA back to him in the first part of this year, I called and was told they were overloaded wit VA patients and could not see me, so I was seen in Lawton. That Doctor has now left the VA program. I called aDr Helen’s office and was told that because I canceled “ several appointments “ in 2020 I could no be seen. NOTE: CANCELED appointments, due to family medical emergencies out of state. If you see Dr, Heyen, Don’t CANCEL, they will refuse you care.

Overall, a nice experience with my son’s wisdom teeth removal. All went well and everyone was super helpful and nice. We even needed to contact the office outside of normal hours before surgery and Dr. Urbanek called back very quickly. :)

Tu Le: Ive been here several times and while they have all my income information, they asked me to provide upon arrival. The person I talked to on the phone to schedule an appointment didnt tell me to bring proof of income or anything then how am I supposed to know? Then wanted to charge me $270 for a normal cleaning. So I had to walk out. Drove there just to walk out for nothing. A complete waste of time. Very unprofessional. Probably wont ever come back.
