Heyen Family & Cosmetic Dentistry - Wichita Falls (TX)

1 /5 Robert Welch: I was referred to Dr Heyen by the VA. To be honest this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a dental office. Nothing against Dr Heyen but it appears he is distancing himself from the practice. It took 5 appointments to complete one crown and I’m not sure it’s correct. I expected Dr Heyen to come in today and complete my crown but did not. My first appointment I was in the chair 3 1/2 hours. At that first appointment a new dentist Dr Ghia was rude to the staff. The staff overall were very customer oriented. Update - 24 hours after my crown was in it has fallen out.

5 /5 Kevin Watts: Dr Heyen is amazing! I have a complete fear of dental work...yet, Dr Heyen ensured I was comfortable & made me less stressed. His work on my teeth was excellent...painless & perfectly done. So glad I have him for a dentist. Hes been the best dentist Ive had over the past 40 years. Recommend him to anyone...especially to my fellow military veterans.

1 /5 Danny Roadlander: Dr Heyen was an amazing dentist, had multiple referrals from the VA to see him. The problem isn’t with Dr Heyen, it’s with Ghia, she damaged other teeth while doing a temp crown. She then blamed me for not being numb after she cut the nerve root. She blamed my high blood pressure from the pain she cause on my tooth for not wanting to look at it. Ghia made crowns for me and they were not suitable to use by the Department of Veteran affairs. Upon speaking with the VA I was made away that many vets have complained to the VA about Ghia and how she practices. I would highly suggest to look somewhere else for a dentist. Ghia isn’t professional to her patients or staff.

5 /5 Dennis Reddish: Dr Heyen and his staff were great. Friendly, personable, and professional. The work he did was quick and efficient, but he took his time and answered all my questions with a friendly patient attitude. I would definitely recommend them.

5 /5 Bee Patient: Dr. Heyen is a fantastic person, a good listener and his procedures are always perfect. And teeth cleaning is a great experience, as P. is happy and talkative, and she is top notch. I am very happy with their practice.
