I cannot recommend this dental office enough for kids! From the moment we walked in, the staff made my children feel comfortable and excited about their visit. The front desk team was so kind and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. The dental assistants were incredibly patient and engaging, explaining everything in a way that put my kids at ease.
They were quick! And went above and beyond to make it that my kids could get seen sooner than later because of their teeth problems! I am very grateful to them for this!
The dentist was absolutely amazing—gentle, thorough, and fantastic with children. They took the time to make sure my kids felt safe and even made the visit fun! The entire experience was stress-free, and my kids left with big smiles, excited for their next appointment.

Robert Welch: I was referred to Dr Heyen by the VA. To be honest this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a dental office. Nothing against Dr Heyen but it appears he is distancing himself from the practice. It took 5 appointments to complete one crown and I’m not sure it’s correct. I expected Dr Heyen to come in today and complete my crown but did not. My first appointment I was in the chair 3 1/2 hours. At that first appointment a new dentist Dr Ghia was rude to the staff. The staff overall were very customer oriented. Update - 24 hours after my crown was in it has fallen out.
Debbie Carroll: Dr Guess and Kim helped me out this past week when one of my caps came off. Dana worked me in right away that same day. I love the entire staff. They make you feel so welcome!!!!
Alan Nafzger: Ritzy, but typical Wichita Falls attitude. NO-WIFI. They have SLD guest.... apparently they are paying for it. But they have such a poor opinion of people/clients they flat out lie to you, "we dont have that" and "Never heard of it."
My first clue they are A holes... was the covers over the electric plugs....The are rolling in the money but not friendly enough to share 13 cents worth of electricity. Dentistry is fine but customer service wins you a 1 star.
Stephanie Tillis: The dental assistant was very very nice, I cant remember her name. She made my grandson feel comfortable, who is autistic. The visit was good. I would recommend this office to anyone with children. Very nice staff.
