1 /5 Randy Nelon: Well I was going to leave a positive review but now this is the 2 nd time they have rescheduled. Showed up to my appointment at 8 am and was told 1st they didn’t even have me down and then the story changed to my appointment time was at 1:30. Well which one is it lol? These people are horrible at scheduling also don’t look for any empathy. I showed 2 weeks prior because my bottom dentures were cutting my gums and leaving sores in my mouth I was pretty much told suck it up that my appointment was only 2 weeks away. If you want Reliable and professional service look into other dental practices or services. this place does not provide it. I wish I would’ve done my homework before using this place and spending my hard earned money.

The dental assistants were especially amazing, kind, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The office is clean and welcoming, and the process was efficient without feeling rushed. They explained everything clearly and answered all my questions, which gave me a lot of confidence in the care I received. I’m so happy with the results and would highly recommend DDS Dentures and Implants to anyone looking for quality dental care!

5 /5 Terri Jackson: Going to the dentist is always an anxiety driven adventure. However, everyone here was welcoming and professional. The dentist was superior and not only did his job but was consistently checking with me about my comfort. His assistant was very professional and helpful not only to him but to me as well. I would recommend them to everyone!! Thank you for the great experience!!

3 /5 Samantha Presley: The staff is super friendly and great but I am not very happy with the final product. I have had dentures for 3 years and they fit wonderfully but I was unhappy with the way looked. I didn’t like the size of the teeth or my smile. I thought it would be a fairly simple procedure getting new ones but the bottom had to be remade because the bite was off. Once they were remade they hurt so bad I was unable to even attempt to eat. To try to fix my bite with the first set of lowers they literally flattened the top teeth. Now I have a difficult time eating still. The lowers were remade but they still don’t fit right. It’s been a painful and disappointing experience unfortunately. For a place to specialize in dentures I expected a much better experience. I am happy with the look this time but the fit is a whole other thing. I don’t have money to have them done for a third time. I think I had just set my hopes too high.
