M M This place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in MONTHS. Really disgusting dental office which made me uncomfortable and question if the tools they used were actually sterilized. Many machines and tools were broken during my visit. Dental assistant clearly did not know what she was doing a required help three times to just take X-rays. The dentist was nice. I feel like they should at least clean your teeth for the $90 fee. This place needs a deep clean. Disgusting.

Rose Bost Dr. Cambell, Hannah, and Maggie were amazing. Hannah was very sweet and kind. When I was administered anesthesia, I tensed up because of the needles. But she helped me breathe, calming me down, and assuring me that I was ok. Maggie helped with the paper work. Made sure I knew my options and helped pick the best one. Dr. Cambell was very thorough and super fast. I didnt even feel the procedure and he was very attentive. All of them answered the questions I had. I tend to have a lot as well, but they put up with me XD. Final verdict? 20/10 service all around. Im for sure coming back.

Diego Garza Tech Ridge Dental exceeded my expectations. The interior design really transports you from the strip-mall location. So if you hate strip malls like me, don’t let that deter you. The team were extremely competent and kind which made the entire flow from my entrance to my exit simple and easy. There’s something to be said for the clarity they provide during the experience as well. After my exam they were clear with me about work that might need to be done in the future while walking me through my x-rays. They even presented me with a print out of my teeth, labeling them green/yellow/red to represent healthy/monitoring/needs-attention, respectively, which allowed me to feel knowledgeable and in control of my dental health. I’m actually excited to be going back for my fillings! If you’re looking for a dentist in Austin, you can’t go wrong here.

Ming Mao Tech Ridge Dental offers exceptional dental care and services for patients. Dr. Sean Ma is very patient, kind, and delivers high quality and painless dental treatment. My recent crown replacement by him has been successful and my tooth feels great. I greatly appreciate his thorough follow up post treatment and making sure everything is good. That shows how much he cares about patients health. The office staff is genuinely cordial and warm. They are transparent and fully answered any questions Ive had. I highly recommend TRD for anyone seeking trustworthy and reliable dental care.

I have extreme dental anxiety due to previous experiences and had seen on Reddit that they came highly recommended for the anxious ridden dental patients. Their paperwork is thorough and I was able to tell them everything I would want or need to feel completely comfortable. They were kind, informative, and made sure I was good. I felt like my experience was night and day compared to my last dentist which is such a relief! There is the added bonus of streaming options including a TV on the ceiling which I did not utilize today but I will during my more extensive dental work next week.

Devonte Rose Everyone in the office is so friendly and very informative. The Doctor was nice when making specific recommendations for dental guards, and even wrote some take home instructions for after care on a notepad for me. Aside from having a great attitude, I think taking those small extra steps goes a really long way to making patients feel comfortable. The facility was very nice and clean as well. I could be a little biased since it’s less than 5 minutes away. The convenience and information the staff provided is too good to not give them a try. Great location. Looking forward to my next visits!

Philip Neal Combies Where to start? Late last week on a Thursday night I accidentally chipped one of my upper front two teeth. It wasnt a large chip but it was noticeable to me and I wanted it fixed. The only problem was that if I didnt get it done the next day on Friday, I wouldve had to wait until the following week to get it looked at. I woke up on Friday and I Googled "Top-rated NW Austin Dentists". Among many, Forest Family Dentistry popped up with their glowing 4.9 rating. With so many dental practices closing at noon on Friday I was happy to see that they were open until 5:30 PM. I gave them a call and I was pleasantly greeted by Misty. I explained my situation and she was caring and compassionate. She put me on a brief hold and got back to me promptly. She asked if I could come in at 3 PM and I was ecstatic! I arrived at 3 PM and I was again greeted by Misty at the front desk. She could not have been nicer. After checking in I was introduced to Idalis who escorted me back to the examination room. Like Misty, Idalis was so kind and compassionate. She examined the chip and assured me that they would have no problems repairing it. Shortly after that the dentist and proprietor, Dr. Robin Bethell, walked in and greeted me with a handshake and a smile. I was not surprised because great customer service and bedside manner starts at the top! I had experienced it with each of his staff members before meeting him. Dr. Bethell repaired my tooth, matched the shade, and I was in and out their office in about an hour. You would have never known I had chipped a tooth. The last thing I wanted to do was break a tooth, but the silver lining was discovering Forest Family Dental and Dr. Bethell, and then getting to take a trip down Memory Lane walking around the 51-year-old Village Shopping Center where their office is located. Thank you again, Dr. Bethel, Idalis and Misty - youre the best!

Alice Du Ive been going to the OG Forest Family location for years and have had nothing but good things to say. But I just got done with a cleaning where the staff truly went above and beyond. I couldnt figure out childcare for my newborn during my appointment and called ahead to make sure it would be ok if I brought her. Everyone in the office was so accommodating and understanding, even when she started to fuss. Going to the dentist isnt exactly a fun time but the team at Forest Family has made the experience so much less painful all around.

Dr. Hulse has a very calm and understanding demeanor that really helped my nerves, he’s very easy to understand, and honestly I felt a lot better after he checked my mouth and explained a couple of things to me. The hygienist is incredibly skilled as well, I did not feel much pain while she was cleaning my teeth and they feel and look a lot better! Brad Pickering Firstly, this place is nice and so are the people. I feel like the services are good as well. My issue is that this place always seems to have some sort of up charge or trying to convince you to spend money with them. I’ve never had this with any other dentist. I went from not minding the dentist to anxiety over what service they are going to sell me this time. Worse than that, today I receive a bill for $32 seemingly out of the blue for a normal cleaning. I’ve never been charged for a cleaning in my 38 years of going to the dentist. Why the random charge? Frustrating and paid but won’t return any longer. Great facility and people BUT beware to feel sold to.

Bobby Sims I first saw Dr. Le and Elite dentistry on TikTok. Which made me skeptical. But then I found out someone a coworkers spouse came here. So I gave them a shot. They have been amazing. They handled everything with insurance. Make sure that you are comfortable and understand the whole way forward. The day of my procedure I expected to be in a lot of pain after and the day after. But haven’t been. Maybe my old teeth were bothering me so much that I didn’t realize that having them out would be a relief. No mater your age or dental fear go see Dr. Le and his amazing team at Elite Dentistry.

Anna Carter It was a long process from the first visit to surgery day, but I could not be happier with the results! The whole team is friendly, caring, and answers questions thoroughly. Dr Le provides the fastest and most pain-free dental work of any dentist I have ever had work done by....and thats a lot of dentists! From the day after surgery, I had almost no pain for the first time in years. Just some minor swelling for a few days that was controlled well with IB Profuen. Im completely happy with my smile!!! From Dr. Le and his compassion and interest in your general health (I have a couple of rare diseases) and his willingness to learn more, to his amazing staff. From his office staff to his techs to his hygienist. You always leave knowing you have been “seen” and “heard “. Their skills are elite as well. I will continue driving the 12hrs RT every 6 months to see him and his hygienist. You’ve all been a godsend to me.

Jill Case I cannot say more about how pleasant, efficient, THOROUGH, caring, patient, and kind Dr Lauren Lewis and her team were today. What an absolute difference it is to be at an established, health focused not money focused practice. I went to the same dentist growing up and even in my 20s. When I moved to austin, I had to find a new doctor and I fell into the trap of marketing and convenience, the place around the corner. After cycling through so many dentists there and not quite understanding why they were telling me I needed crowns etc I was lucky enough to have a connection to a retired dentist that suggested this practice. What a blessing! Dr Lewis, went over each tooth with me and explained what she saw. Most importantly she identified that yes I do need some work but that there is an underlying root issue that I need to consult my PCP on. She explained that (example in my non-dentist words) she could give me a crown but that I have an acid issue that is harming the teeth overall and that until we figure that out, a crown will only temporarily fix the issue. She patiently and soooo kindly and open-mindedly walked me though her advice on immediate action and then next steps for an overall plan. (Again, this is my uneducated dentist talk :) but, I felt heard and seen and truly considered. I cannot say enough about how great she was. Thank you thank you Dr Lewis. See you soon!!

Jeremy Trachtenberg I’ve been working with Dr. Lewis and Taylor ever since I moved to Austin over a year and a half ago. It had unfortunately been many years since my last dental visit and my teeth suffered quite drastically because of it. Dr. Lewis was incredibly caring and supportive to helping get my dental hygiene on track. I never once felt shamed but encouraged and supported to take better care of my teeth. Both Taylor and Dr. Lewis take every measure to ensure you feel comfortable all throughout your treatment journey and I am grateful for their care and kindness.

Rhoni Best experience at an American dentist! The whole team is great! Ashley was a most thorough hygienist and I enjoyed my time with her. Flor and Dr. Rick were attentive and took a conservative approach, not relentlessly upselling me on expensive cosmetic things I don’t need or pushing for unnecessary fillings. They run a solid operation with good tech. Yvette at the front helped me get an appointment easily and was flexible when I needed a reschedule rather last minute. I’m really glad I found them.

Katie Later My daughter who is 9 had a few cavities. She has a sensory disorder so I was a bit nervous but Dr. Miller made it extremely easy. She had an incredible experience. He communicated clearly the entire time and used fun phrases for her to understand. She experienced zero pain and had no complaints! Everyone was so patient and kind! I recommend 100%! I also got my teeth whitened there with zoom and my teeth have never been whiter! Dr. miller even took time to follow up the next day with me to see how I was doing. Seriously, the best dentist and dental staff ever!!

Christine and Savannah at the front were super welcoming and helpful over the phone when scheduling and describing my issues. Alia, my dental assistant was very communicative about what she was doing and why throughout the appointment. The team overall made it a very comfortable appointment and felt like I was hanging with friends and family. You can tell they all enjoy their job and the people they work with. Dr. Mahmoud was also very thorough when looking at my teeth, she addressed all of my concerns and showed me pictures of my teeth to better explain these concerns.

Just click into the google profiles, the profiles leave the same fake good review for another dentistry Daylight dental. They take advantage of people in need. They also hide bad reviews. Response to commenter: It would be surprising for you to have a patient with only the name M. I have gone to one of your locations and have seen how you tried to scam my family members, the poor job you all did doing a less than 10 minute cleaning and charging insurance for that. Then I come see your reviews and they’re nearly all fake. I am just here to warn others about it, don’t fall for the seemingly good reviews, if you click into the profiles most of them leave almost the exact same good review (the exact same words) for the other dentistry or they are accounts that only have 1 review. The google accounts are fake and so are the reviews. I would upload picture evidence but you all block those types of reviews so others can’t see them. It’s shameful and appalling that you all reply to the fake good reviews, I’m sure you all “verified” those fake patients are real. Stop taking advantage of people in need, let them see your real rating.

I really like that the team here doesn’t try to upsell procedures and gives an honest evaluation of what’s needed vs what’s optional.
