5 /5 Katie Later: My daughter who is 9 had a few cavities. She has a sensory disorder so I was a bit nervous but Dr. Miller made it extremely easy. She had an incredible experience. He communicated clearly the entire time and used fun phrases for her to understand. She experienced zero pain and had no complaints! Everyone was so patient and kind! I recommend 100%! I also got my teeth whitened there with zoom and my teeth have never been whiter! Dr. miller even took time to follow up the next day with me to see how I was doing. Seriously, the best dentist and dental staff ever!!

People are so friendly, welcoming, and especially they treat you like a child (very sensitive and caring), they do the work very patiently and Doctor Miller guided us really well. His expertise is really helpful. I would definitely recommend and must visit them for your dental care. One stop solution for all your dental issues.

5 /5 Carly Pinsonneault: I originally went here to get a second opinion but will be returning for all future appointments! Christine and Savannah at the front were super welcoming and helpful over the phone when scheduling and describing my issues. Alia, my dental assistant was very communicative about what she was doing and why throughout the appointment. The team overall made it a very comfortable appointment and felt like I was hanging with friends and family. You can tell they all enjoy their job and the people they work with. Dr. Mahmoud was also very thorough when looking at my teeth, she addressed all of my concerns and showed me pictures of my teeth to better explain these concerns.

5 /5 Lina Alyse: I had an amazing experience with Dr. Mahmoud and the front desk/dental assistants for my wisdom teeth removal. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed and at ease. The staff was friendly and professional, Dr. Mahmoud took the time to explain the entire procedure in detail, making sure all my questions were answered. The surgery went smoothly and she made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. The recovery process was quick. I appreciated the post-op instructions, which made healing easier. The whole process exceeded my expectations, and I’m so glad I chose this practice for my dental care. Highly recommend!

Christine made dealing with insurance stuff actually painless (who knew that was possible?), and Kerri at the front desk was super friendly and helpful getting me scheduled. Really happy I found this place - the whole team made me feel comfortable and took great care of me. Definitely coming back!

They were all very kind, caring, and thoroughly explained everything during my treatment! Unexpected dental work came up and they were able to accommodate my extra treatments right on the spot and Dr. Ochoa stayed after hours to take extra good care of me and finish up. I can’t thank you enough Dr. Ochoa and your team for the compassionate care I received. Best dentist I have ever been too, highly recommend!
Barton Oaks Dental Group - Austin Jill Case: I cannot say more about how pleasant, efficient, THOROUGH, caring, patient, and kind Dr Lauren Lewis and her team were today. What an absolute difference it is to be at an established, health focused not money focused practice. I went to the same dentist growing up and even in my 20s. When I moved to austin, I had to find a new doctor and I fell into the trap of marketing and convenience, the place around the corner. After cycling through so many dentists there and not quite understanding why they were telling me I needed crowns etc I was lucky enough to have a connection to a retired dentist that suggested this practice. What a blessing! Dr Lewis, went over each tooth with me and explained what she saw. Most importantly she identified that yes I do need some work but that there is an underlying root issue that I need to consult my PCP on. She explained that (example in my non-dentist words) she could give me a crown but that I have an acid issue that is harming the teeth overall and that until we figure that out, a crown will only temporarily fix the issue. She patiently and soooo kindly and open-mindedly walked me though her advice on immediate action and then next steps for an overall plan. (Again, this is my uneducated dentist talk :) but, I felt heard and seen and truly considered. I cannot say enough about how great she was. Thank you thank you Dr Lewis. See you soon!!

The Local Dentist - Austin Easton Dillehay: I switched over to The Local Dentist after 5 years with Swish… what a difference! Dr. Trent and his crew were all super friendly and I enjoyed everyone. The lady who did my imaging was great, my hygienist, Christopher was quick and thorough and Dr. Trent made me feel really taken care of. He even cleaned and fixed an issue with my night guard right on the spot. I am so glad to have made the switch and will definitely be going back as long as they’re around!

TRU Dentistry Austin - Austin Rachel Ritchie: Where do I start in explaining how amazing this place is? Ive been here twice already, once for an emergency extraction and the second to actually establish care. Both times, the staff have been absolutely amazing and thorough. I honestly havent been to a dentist in quite a while due to my own PTSD, anxiety, etc., with trauma experiences at previous dentists. After explaining that I do have dentist anxiety, the staff made sure that was the forefront of my visits. While they made sure I was comfortable, they also took the time to actually explain their procedures, what was happening, and next steps for continued care. Also, Chase at the front desk has been absolutely amazing while providing transparent prices and making sure I understood what my insurance covers. I know damn well that I waited too long to better my dental health, but it was worth the wait on finding someone worth actually taking the time to legit give a damn. Also, candy apple toothpaste, dont ask questions, just opt in.
Pecan Park Family Dentistry - Austin Ana Alvi: Dr. James is intelligent, caring and personable. It has been easy to follow each and every one of her recommendations over the past year and a half. Kenla is a kind and very gentle dental hygienist and I often joke that I could fall asleep during her dental cleanings. She also brings along the sweetest pup Piper who never fails to make me smile during my appointments! Tricia worked efficiently during our appointment assisting Dr James flawlessly and constantly checking in to ensure I was comfortable during my procedure. Miranda is always helpful with a smile on her face when going over paper work ensuring that all questions are answered before leaving. Overall, this dental office goes above and beyond in their kindness, the dental work they perform, and the technology used to provide each service. Thank you Dr. James and staff!!
