5 /5 Diego Garza: Tech Ridge Dental exceeded my expectations. The interior design really transports you from the strip-mall location. So if you hate strip malls like me, don’t let that deter you. The team were extremely competent and kind which made the entire flow from my entrance to my exit simple and easy. There’s something to be said for the clarity they provide during the experience as well. After my exam they were clear with me about work that might need to be done in the future while walking me through my x-rays. They even presented me with a print out of my teeth, labeling them green/yellow/red to represent healthy/monitoring/needs-attention, respectively, which allowed me to feel knowledgeable and in control of my dental health. I’m actually excited to be going back for my fillings! If you’re looking for a dentist in Austin, you can’t go wrong here.

5 /5 Ming Mao: Tech Ridge Dental offers exceptional dental care and services for patients. Dr. Sean Ma is very patient, kind, and delivers high quality and painless dental treatment. My recent crown replacement by him has been successful and my tooth feels great. I greatly appreciate his thorough follow up post treatment and making sure everything is good. That shows how much he cares about patients health. The office staff is genuinely cordial and warm. They are transparent and fully answered any questions Ive had. I highly recommend TRD for anyone seeking trustworthy and reliable dental care.

I was having trouble scheduling, due to my own schedule, and Ken & Dr. Minnie would reach out with appointments that would become available frequently. 5 /5 Ben: Excellent experience every time! Minnie and Sean are both so nice and knowledgeable. The hygienists also know their jobs very well. And the front desk staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They even have TVs on the ceiling so you can watch something while you get your teeth cleaned!

Olivia Medina: Dream team of experts! We had just moved to town, with no dentist set up, and my crown popped off while I was eating on a Tuesday night. I needed the crown reattached asap so I called and left a voicemail at Austin Dental Works, that night. Tiffanie called me as soon as they opened the next day, gave me options, and booked me for a 2pm appointment. I was willing to pay the quote at face value in order to get the crown reattached. She THEN managed to get our insurance on the phone before the appointment was over. Which ended up covering a portion of the visit, the cherry on top that this location qualified. They made me feel like I had been a patient of theirs for years. Dr. Jaros was welcoming and quick. Then I was out of there! Highly recommend this practice.

Brandy J: Absolutely amazing!!! No shame, no judgment, no anxiety, no pain. I went in and had a tooth extraction. Even though this appointment was scheduled, I had a few questions the day of. Dr. B took his time to answer them with care. I didnt feel rushed. The nurse was amazing. I opted for the IV. Having rolling veins can be difficult. To ease the pain I was given gas. To ease swelling I was given a shot. Ive never been to a dentist like this before. I will never go to anyone else but Hedgecock. Though Im North the drive is worth it. Who would have thought going to the dentist would be a great experience. They surpassed all wants and expectations. Thank you Hedgecock!!
