Maria Perez I went to this salon before my engagement pictures for a trim and styling. I wanted softer/bigger curls and ended up getting tight ringlets due to a prior engagement we had to leave once it was finished. It just-so-happened to rain that night and the curls fell. I decided to straighten my hair for the pictures instead, and was so glad I did. One side of my hair was significantly shorter than the other. On top of that there were jagged layers on one side that did not match the other. At all. I went back to the salon and was shocked when I found out that the person who had cut my hair originally was the manger. While one of her other employees was fixing my hair I was told, "Sorry thats just the way she is. Sometimes she doesnt may attention." Excuse me? I spent over a hundred dollars for not paying attention and terrible 1999 quince curls? I went home to go over my hair once again with the straightener before pictures and found it was still uneven. I ended up curling and making due since I did not have any time to get it corrected. Again. When I emailed the manager she was unwilling to help. She offered me credit, but I informed her that I was no longer comfortable with her, her staff, or their abilities. She then decided to bring my future father-in-law and fiancé into the conversation. Stating that they had been long time customers and that she did not understand what was going on. She has yet to respond to my emails. I have not received funds back. And I am now trying everything to grow my hair back to where it was for my wedding day. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior, language, attitude, and all around customer service. ***Brandy has gone on to text my father-in-law about the situation. He was not aware of it since it did not involve him. He did not pay for it and since he goes to the salon I did not want to speak ill of it to him. Completely unprofessional. Ive attached pictures of my hair and screenshots of the emails. And for clarification, by "unprofessional language" I mean bringing unnecessary individuals into the conversation and making me feel as if the error was my fault. I went to her salon for a correction and that was even incorrect. I was not going to go back. Again.

Mark C. Tapia BRANDY IS THE BEST. She owns this spot and will go above and beyond to take care of you more than you probably think she will. Plus more. Ive always recommended this spot to my friends and family and will continue to do for any and all salon needs. No one I know thats gone here has had a bad experience. She fixed up my hair too.

LOTUS Thrice9 lands Every two weeks I get the pleasure of getting my nails done by Jayme. Not only is she a great conversationalist she is a master natural nail tech. No machines all by hand. I have never kept the same set of nails for as long as I have since seeing Jayme. Its worth every penny. Thanks again for everything!... Excuse the black around my nails. I just took off black nail polish.

Elizabeth Henson Scandra is the BEST. Weve dyed my hair just about every color imaginable and it always looks fantastic. Been seeing her for four years and she will not let you down!

Jannayah Olivarez lysette is AMAZING . I am for the first time in my life completely in love with my hair! I have some wild 3c curls that I don’t trust just anyone with , but lysette did not disappoint . she gave me exactly what I wanted and was so precise and thorough . Caroline Bea was so sweet, and when I told her about the problems I was having with frizz, she immediately offered suggestions and helped fix it. I got a haircut and styled, and it was the best haircut Ive ever had. Definitely coming again!

dina trombley Master hair artist! Bea loves working with hair and her passion shows as she attends her clients providing color service, cut and various chemical processes. Bea also creates hair pieces for clients with thinning hair and alopecia. She uses high quality products. When you are at the wash bowl you will get the best and most relaxing scalp massage. This hair artist is in high demand so booking in advance is necessary. She responds to booking requests by text. The salon has nail services and they do lashes and massage too. This is a family establishment where you will feel like family too.

Diana Morales Its been awhile since I cut my hair. Wasnt sure where to go, so I went to Lucys and they did a great job! No appointment, just walked in and didnt have to wait. Love my hair now!

Diane Canion Jamie did a wonderful job on my hair. The place is clean and organized. The only reason for 4/5 is because one stylist kept butting in to our conversation. It was rude and annoying. I will continue with Jamie but will have to say something to the other gal if it happens again.

Refia Celik This is the worst possible experience I’ve had in a hair salon. I wanted to get some highlights done (first time ever) and I brought a picture with me. I showed the stylist the picture and he said that he’d do his best to get as close as possible to the picture. When he was done, my hair looked great. Imagine my surprise when days later I wash my hair and the highlights washed off and started to stick out—they looked horrible! I reached out to the stylist who, instead of trying his best to accommodate me considering he was the one who had messed up my hair kept telling me he didn’t have time, and that he’d give me an appointment 2 days later. I drove to the salon and got the same answer. He was super rude and didn’t seem to understand how bad the terrible job that he did made me feel. Finally, when I was supposed to get an appointment so that he could finally fix it, he gave the spot to someone else and kept pushing back my appointment. I’m so disappointed not only at the terrible job that he did with my hair, but at the horrible way I was treated afterwards. We go to salons and we paid good money so that we can look our best. When I told him that, he insisted that he had given me a discount—as if that changed anything—because I was a referral from his friend. I still paid close to $200. The fact that he didn’t see the urgency in fixing my hair let me see how little clients are appreciated at that salon. And, by the way, we all know that when we bring a picture to a salon, our hair won’t look exactly like the one in the picture. Still, the hair should look good, not like mine did after one wash.

Elizabeth Morgan We had a bridal party of 10, hair and makeup and these ladies did a FABULOUS job!!! They all worked so well together, as a team, and made us look beautiful for my daughter’s special day!! Highly recommend.

Liza Vega So I went there as a recommendation from a friend and they did not disappoint. I had the best experience there and well worth the price. Desiree was my stylist and she will be the one i go to from now on. The staff was super friendly and they not only compliment the customer but their staff for their work. Something I admire about family owned businesses. I cant wait to go nack for my color!!

Stephanie Dorice is a fantastic stylist and a fun person! I had my first appointment with her and Tangles Hair Salon and was very impressed with her knowledge and passion for cutting hair. She gave me a beautiful cut + great advice and tips and overall was a great experience. The salon is well kept and clean. The other stylists are super nice too!

Doreice if I spelled her name right did my hair. She fixed a past desastered hair cut and perm someone else did some where else. She was able to do a MIRICALE on my hair. I mean my hair was in very bad shape when she made me look and feel amazing. Plus she took the time to show me how to do and style my own hair in every possible way I could witch was allot of ways with hair tools ,products, and ways to just real fast do my hair. She took time to help me understand my hair and how to upkeep it for the future. Im now a permanent client. I was recommended by 15 different people. I see why so many people go there. I highly recommend this place. Im extremely satisfied. Look no further this is the place for all your needs.

cliff blakely Ive been a loyal patron to this establishment since before this location. The best stylist and the prettiest one working there is ninfa. She has always cut my hair. She is a wonderful person with an amazing personality. Worth every penny and more. The owner and staff are welcoming as well. The place is always clean and inviting. Masks required.

myron gaines They rushed a haircut. Wasn’t even busy and the hair was all crooked and uneven. Humiliating. I do not recommend at all.

Ramsey Rodriguez All of the ladies here are excellent and friendly. The owner, Lupita, cut my hair last time I stopped in and was finished quick and did a real good job. Barber and beauty shop. They also sell jewelry.

Demmi Hernandez-Cano I love De Bonaire Hair Designs. I love my hair services with Peggy. I love Peggy and Lupita. Those are the ones I see and talk to. So I assume the 2 ladies are just as great!

Maria Martinez I have curly hair and Peggy always does a great job with it. Not all hairdressers know how to work with curly hair so its been amazing at debonaire.

Nancy Causey Maggie Perez has been taking care of my hair for over 15 years. She is very knowledgeable and keeps up with the latest on coloring and styling. I can ask her about styles and treatments and she doesnt hesitate to let me know if a request wouldnt be a good idea, for me, and explains why. She has my trust and has, over the years, become a wonderful friend.

Maria Cruz Honey always does a great job on my hair! She explains the cut if you have any questions and is super friendly. She was almost closing and did not rush on my haircut nor made me feel like it was an inconvenience for her. The prices are great too! Will def. be going back.

Tonya Platt Was alright, I had hoped she would explain how to care for my hair after I explained it was my first time in a salon. But no such luck. I dont even know when Im supposed to return for a touch-up. So disappointed with the customer service I guess.
