1 /5 Tiffany Dunnells: So I had a terrible experience with one of the ladies working there this last week and will never be returning again due to feeling like my daughter and I were greatly disrespected and mistreated. We had an appointment so we show up at the designated time for my daughter’s appointment and the lady was sitting outside smoking a cigarette while I was walking up with my 4 year old and 6 month old. When she came in she was huffy and very curt and rude. My daughter had tangled hair due to spending time at the beach that I could not get out on my own and I went in to get her a haircut and she immediately commented on my daughter being too heavy for her to help her into the booster so I stepped forward to help my daughter and then she commented about chopping it all off and refusing to even try to brush through it because “it would take too long” and she would just give her a pixie cut. Now I’ve taken my daughter to Supercuts before and they’ve always brushed her hair and I’ve never had an issue with them so lo and behold I wound up storming out and just took her to Supercuts and these pictures were taken 30 minutes after our scheduled appointment time because the person at Supercuts took the time to provide the service requested and was very kind and sweet with my daughter. I really did not appreciate feeling like we were being a burden or an inconvenience and will definitely not be coming back at all ever. I got the help I needed, the stylist taught me some tricks to help manage her hair, and gave me a product that we have been using daily to help manage it and it has been working great so from now on, we will be going with the other salon for our styling needs and sure hope this does not happen to anyone else that comes here.
