1 /5 Rick Snider: Id give this company a ZERO if I could. Ive attempted to contact the Austin region representative through the corporate web site and through their personal phone number. No responses have ever come through. I realize that there may not be any suites available for rent, but I expect the common courtesy of at least a return phone call or e-mail. Glad I did not rent a suite from them as I would probably have a poor experience with maintenance and other concerns if they cant even return a phone call. AVOID.

5 /5 Briana: Ovations by Vicki is the first salon I’d ever been to in Austin & I feel no need to look any further for any other hair stylist. She is very good at what she does. My hair was in bad shape when I went in, but I left feeling so much better about myself because my hair looked amazing. Also her salon was just a good welcoming environment. Good conversation was had which is always a plus when getting your hair done.
