Brenda luna I have so many things I can say.My first experience overall was Beautifull. Although I dont remember the names I can say in my experience that all body girls are amazingly nice. All, of them. I may need to advice for girls like me that are little more sensitive with their skin that the lipo cavitation and radio frequency are somewhat painful if you have never done any liposession of this type but Dont panic, they obviously have lower and higher intensity levels and they always ask what you are comfortable with so you choose how far you want to go. They only down point I can say in my experience is that there is a paper to sign stating you may miss time off or an entire session off if you are late over 5 min or remove a session of your package if you are late or do not call im advance to reschedule with enough time or if done a couple times. Which is understandable its a business, and this could lead to affect someone elses appointment and can loose a money and a customer. But its all worth it and that could be what makes them keep such great pricing. 5 stars and do recommend indeed and they always have great offers going on.

Cristina Jasso I thought about leaving this review as I never leave review but it’s more like a warning ‼️ I would not recommend this place what so ever…I scheduled my appt days in advance I’m a very busy person who values and plan my time accordingly so I would expect for them to value my time…from the moment I got a call 30 mins before my scheduled appt asking if I could reschedule for another day because the lady who does them was not showing up that day I knew I should’ve just cancelled but I explained to the lady about my schedule being tight so she said just come in I’ll do it. So I go and fill out my paperwork hand it to her she didn’t go over it take me straight to the back. I went in for a bb glow so then she asked me to lay down didn’t analyze my skin nor ask me anything just went straight to wiping with a toner. Didn’t cleanse didn’t even go over my treatment just went straight to the procedure. I had never received a bb glow so I didn’t know what to expect. With that being said she said my face was very dry well if she would’ve asked me I would’ve told her in the beginning I was using retinol and mind you she cleansed my face with a toner that for oily skin which probably stripped the oils from my face which resulted in a dry appearance. So she does the treatment half way thru the machine dies and leaves the room saying she was going to get the charger. Okay that’s fine I get it things happen but if u know my appt is booked things like that shouldn’t happen. I finish and tries to sell me a package which at that point I wasn’t interested so I told her no she shows me before and after pics she took and I saw no difference nothing like the way they promote it. I paid $150 for my face to look moisturized which I could’ve gone to a store and spent that amount on products. I go home so disappointed I reach out to the manager and tell her I was disappointed. Then she tells me I’m sorry It takes 2-3 sessions to see pigment and I responded with why wasn’t I informed because online they make it seem like u get instant results. She then states she thought she informed me before I told her no i had no clue had I known that I wouldn’t have spent $150 for a day of moisturizing like that’s insane. nikki morales i went in for a lash lift thinking they were going to come out like the first time, but i was wrong. Different girl did them but it felt fast, and not really professionally done. My eye lashes did not get cleaned before any application, neither did i feel her separating my eyelashes so they won’t be stuck together. Mind you the amount of glue stuck on my eye was unbelievable. She didn’t show me in a mirror after, only on a picture she took which looked good! so i trusted her and left because i had errands to do, but after looking more they were not lifted at all or tinted, only one eye looked curled. I went AGAIN to ‘fix’ them. Unfortunately im writing this review because they ended up being the same. Idk what went wrong that my lashes aren’t staying lifted, paid 80$ plus tip. i did research and i could maybe understand why my lashes went wrong. Super nice girl, but results are not it. Unfortunately i will have to look elsewhere :(

Emily Pena Literally the best waxed ever. Been coming here for years!! My previous waxers used to burn/ peel off my skin and I have never had that issue with Emily. She is so good at not just doing a good job but also educating on why my skin reacts to different waxes and she goes out of her way to find a solution! 10/10!!!

Verenisse Rivera I got a brow lamination and tint with Laura and was not happy with my results. The tint was too dark and I sense my eyebrows were over processed. I called to let them know and went the next day, Yuri tried her best to fix them as Laura was not working that day. Yuri did amazing but it’s still not the results i expected or paid $85 dollars for. Never again. I am truly embarrassed to walk around like this.

Anayeli Arteaga I do not recommend this place if you’re trying to purchase a waist trainer online. I contacted the staff and I was informed that I could either get a refund or an exchange. I had to pay money again to ship it back and when I contacted the staff multiple times in regards of my money back they did not want to give me my money back. I do not recommend this place to anyone who’s trying to access their online products.
