Tareysha Cooper I bought a necklace from this place on my birthday. The same day it broke. Came back for an exchange they said I couldnt I could only send it off to be fixed. Necklace came back within a week. Wore it a few days & it broke again. This time they said I have to pay $20 to get it fixed again. This for a necklace that I have not worn for a month. I asked her what happens if it breaks for a 3rd time. She said she can give you credit for something else.I would not recommend buying a necklace from them. It will break the same day you purchase it. YOU CANT GET A REFUND OR EXCHANGE. They only want you to spend more money.

Alexander Castro Service was impeccable! College ring cleaning was complementary, and helped me pick out two necklaces at a reasonable rate! Even polished and cleaned my engagement ring. This place, Shan and the ladies are kind, understanding, friendly and respectful. I never felt rushed, or pressured. Will be back for the holidays!

Ashley Cisneros We went the other day after a work training. The worker was an old white lady who was clearly racially profiling myself and my coworker. It was super sad to see because as an employee who is often told to travel to CS I’ve always had great experiences until this day. She kept staring us down because my coworker and I are clearly Hispanic. She didn’t even greet or talk to us UNTIL I made a point to say bye to her so she knows what she’s doings. But when a couple of other girls walked in, clearly not Hispanic, she greeted them nicely in front of us and even offered to help them. Sad sad sad. Don’t go because obviously this is happening more than once.

Michelle Cooper UPDATE: I reached out to James Avery about this issue and was called by Lisa at the college station location. She quickly resolved this and had my daughter’s necklace fixed in a timely manner. Customer service is hard to come by and James Avery took care of this issue with no questions asked and no push back I bought my daughter a cross necklace here as a gift for her baptism. After a few short months of having it the necklace broke. We brought it back and had to pay to have it fixed. I picked it up today and it’s already broke again!

Nicole Singleton I’m not typically one to leave reviews but I wanted other moms to know that this is a great place to take little kids. They did a great job of making the process very smooth and naturally distracting my 6 year old who didn’t even flinch during the piercing. She is an extremely sensitive kid so this says a lot about their expertise in handling kids and the benefits of the hollow needle technique versus the gun. Highly recommend!

Tessa Williams Hany did an amazing job helping me and my Fiance pick out our wedding bands. He understood our tastes and showed us the perfect selection of rings. He was very welcoming and made the process simple and fun! I would absolutely recommend his services, as well as the other Kay employees at this location.

Jeri Michelle I’ve been shopping here for many years and have always had a pleasant experience. Well today not so good. The young lady doesn’t even know the exchange policy! Went into simply exchange a dress for a smaller size, tags are in tack I have my receipt and the girl tells me there is a difference that I owe in price cause I originally purchased it on sale and today I have to pay the difference?? What? I’m not returning anything just exchanging it. Wouldn’t the price still be honored…….

William Reis What an incredible experience! We came here to get our daughter’s ears pierced. We wanted to go to a place where they would use a hollow needle rather than a piercing gun. We didn’t want to take her to a traditional tattoo parlor just because the atmosphere wasn’t what we wanted to expose our daughter to but we still wanted the professionalism and cleanliness that a tattoo parlor would offer. We found PIPER-jade and were so excited. This was exactly what we were looking for. We went to their location in the mall and they treated our girl so well. They are clean professional and let our girl sign the wall and gave her a certificate! Definitely everything I could have hoped for. I highly recommend it!
