Trinity Davis I just happen to come across Benolds when on my hunt for an engagement ring. Benolds had excellent customer service! I was helped by Hallie. She went above and beyond to help me find my dream ring. Like most people struggle with everywhere we went, they just felt like they were trying to get us to buy anything. Not this place! It was much appreciated not to feel so pressured. Hallie made finding my ring a breeze. We were so pleased with Benolds that we came back and bought our wedding bands from them too. Every time I get the chance, I make sure to mention them to family and friends. I will be making any future jewelry purchases with Benolds 100%.

Michael G Outstanding place to get a watch repaired. They have done a repair that required a lot of work and did a great job. I also just had a Pin break in my watch band… I brought it by and he swapped it out in about 35 seconds and didn’t charge me a dime. You don’t come across businesses with this level of service and friendliness and expertise often. Highly recommend.

I have been shopping here since high school, and am now pushing 30 and still finding all of my staple pieces for work, vacations, and nights out here. Katy Kowalik Caleesi designs was by far the smoothest process for custom jewelry I have had the pleasure working with. Elizabeth was extremely attentive and patient through all of my questions. I had my wedding set rings made and brought my own center stone, the studio easily sourced the smaller stones for me as they are unique shaped. The process was fast and I couldnt be happier with the end product! Definitely trust the process, and trust Caleesi with your jewelry needs!

Will Garfield Nice products, but after ordering a product, nobody will call you to discuss your order arriving / nobody will answer the phone. My order was to arrive last Wednesday, and I can’t get any attention from the store. They have voicemail but nobody will return your call. In my opinion, a high end jeweler should take better care of their customers.

Darius Smith So, Initially I was skeptical about the quality and service when going with this TJ Jewelers to make my grill. I read the comments and some of them wasn’t so good. However, I had a totally awesome experience. I’m glad I followed my first instinct. He locked in the price and let me put on layaway. I wanted it asap because I was going out of town. And I wanted it by a certain date. My grill was ready the day he said it would be ready. I had the pleasure of working with Mr. TJ himself. He was very nice, courteous and knowledgeable. I’m actually going back to purchase a rope chain and possibly a top bar grill. I’m very pleased with my product. Money well spent. Give him a shot and let him know Darius sent you. I had a great experience don’t let the bad reviews discourage you.

Erika Benitez I had such an amazing experience here, the girlies at the store were so sweet. They showed me around the store, I got to learn so much more of what goes on there. They’re always having a bunch of events, they support several nonprofit organizations, and they even have a wall where they sell local art by other artists. Very cute spot. I’m in love with my forever bracelet, it was super easy and quick to get. They have so many charm options. You wanna take them all.

Orlando Marquez Outstanding Watch Repair Service! I brought in two watches which needed battery replacement and I couldnt be happier with the results. The staff was incredibly professional, kind, and knowledgeable. They took the time to perform the repair process shortly after arriving. The attention to detail was great, the turnaround time was quicker than expected, and I was able to walk out with both my watches functioning again! I highly recommend their services to anyone needing trustworthy and skilled jewelry/watch repair. I’ll definitely be back for future needs!

Anonymous Writer BEWARE!! — If I could give no stars, that’s exactly what this so called jewelry store would get!!! I do NOT recommend taking any jewelry to get fixed nor repaired; they are crooks and they probably don’t use real gold! We took an heirloom to get cleaned/polished, reinforced and replace a stone. The ring ended up worse then when we took it in. They charged a lot of money, initially, and then when we took it back to re-repair (3 wks later, mind you!), they charged another $100. And when we questioned which prongs were tightened and reinforced, the guy didn’t answer (probably because he didn’t do it!), and then, the guy just walked way and left me standing there. They would’ve release the ring until I paid the extra $100.00. They are rip-offs! They will be hearing from my attorney soon! Do NOT support this jewelry store, they lie, cheat and steal from honest people!

Friendly, timely, gave plenty of options, willing to adjust, all of the things you need when making a big purchase! I had the pleasure of stopping by to get my ring cleaned.. which quickly turned into me asking questions about make making slight adjustments to my band - and without hesitation they told me my options and we got the adjustments made WITHIN 24 HOURS. amazing store, amazing customer service. Could not recommend more
