When she went to checkout, john insisted that she pay for the bell and refunded the money. He was so emotional about the loss and continued to give his condolences to my mother. Heather Alberts The Best and most Honest Jeweler you will EVER Find. I found them and had a couple special items made. I added two of them for you to see what kind of quality service Peter and his wife provide. I had a 36 carat Swiss blue Topaz made into a pendant. I also had my Tiffanys dog tag engraved with a special meaning. I love them both and the price was so good on top of it! Just cant say enough good things about these people!

They care about each and every customer and provide excellent service. They are hard-working, honest, reliable, trustworthy and very kind Christians. philanthropyandbrands Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The staff at this store are not just rude — they’re shockingly disrespectful. From the moment I walked in, treated with an attitude so unprofessional it honestly felt personal. It’s like helping a customer was the most annoying part of their day. No basic manners, no interest in providing service, and certainly no sense of hospitality. They are SO RUDE. It was uncomfortable, frustrating, and honestly disgraceful. I wouldn’t go back if it were the last store on Earth. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being treated poorly.

Nicole Caldwell This is a very nice boutique, lux jewelry store. While they have beautiful engagement and wedding rings and bands, they also have beautiful gemstone and other diamond jewelry as well. I would love to shop here for real some time. I just needed my finger sized for my rings to get resized. I have to get my rings resized by the store I bought it from, otherwise I would trust this store to resize them no problem. The staff were excellent.
